Community Outreach
Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We want to reach not only Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking members, but the entire Cardano family worldwide, so everyone can hear the real voices of some successful projects in Latin America. We also hope to spark curiosity in people who don’t yet know our blockchain (“lurkers” and newcomers), letting them feel the passion, creativity, and achievements of LATAM projects in Cardano. Through a warm, biweekly bilingual podcast with English subtitles, shared on YouTube, Spotify, and social media, we bridge worlds, break language walls, and bring our community closer.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
What are your success metrics?
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
We will produce a biweekly podcast dedicated to giving a voice to recognized leaders of the Cardano ecosystem from Latin America, whose native language is Spanish or Portuguese. Episodes will alternate between Portuguese and Spanish, ensuring a balanced representation of both linguistic communities. For this first season, the podcast will take the form of an interview cycle, focusing on conversations with community leaders and project builders.
Each interview will last between 20 and 45 minutes, allowing enough time to create a relaxed and engaging atmosphere with the guest. The conversation will begin by exploring the human side of their journey with Cardano—personal motivations, challenges, and milestones—before moving into concrete aspects of the project they lead. This approach aims to connect the audience not only with the technical or strategic elements, but also with the values and passion that drive these initiatives.
This proposal represents the initial stage of a podcast designed to be sustainable over time, establishing itself as an information hub and reference point for the Cardano universe in Latin America. In this first season, we will conduct a series of 12 interviews: 6 in Spanish and 6 in Portuguese.
Each episode will be presented in video format, preserving the guest’s **original audio and accompanied by English subtitles **to expand its reach to the global community. Broadcasts will be available on the Cardano Translator YouTube channel and the Cardano Translator Spotify account. In addition, each interview will be carefully transcribed and **shared in written format on platforms **such as X, Telegram, and Discord, ensuring the content is accessible, long-lasting, and easy to reference. This multi-format approach maximizes inclusivity, reach, and the long-term value of the material produced.
To acknowledge the generosity of the interviewees in dedicating their time and insights to this initiative, a symbolic recognition in ADA has also been contemplated for each guest. This reinforces the spirit of collaboration, respect, and mutual growth that characterizes the Cardano ecosystem.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Our project will strengthen and deepen the bond between the Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking communities in Latin America and the wider global Cardano ecosystem. By shining a spotlight on leaders, innovators, and remarkable projects that often remain hidden behind language barriers, we will bring forward stories and perspectives that deserve to be heard, recognized, and celebrated.
We believe that the value of Cardano is not only in its technology, but in the people who build, nurture, and live it every day. Through these interviews, the community will be able to discover the faces, voices, and human journeys behind the initiatives—understanding their motivations, challenges, and aspirations. This will allow us to put a “human face” to many of the projects we use and admire, turning them from abstract names into relatable, inspiring stories.
By producing content in Spanish and Portuguese, complemented with high-quality English subtitles and accessible written transcriptions, we will break down linguistic walls and foster a truly inclusive dialogue. This approach will open doors to meaningful idea exchange, spark new collaborations across continents, and amplify the visibility of Latin American contributions to Cardano on the global stage.
We envision this as the seed of a lasting communication bridge—one that grows over time, sustains itself, and becomes a reference point for those seeking a richer, more diverse, and united Cardano community.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
We, Livia from Brazil and Ezequiel from Argentina, are young adults deeply passionate about Cardano and active participants in its ecosystem for over four years. During this time, we have been consistently involved in both in-person and digital initiatives related to education, governance, and community development. Our journey has included the formation, development, and ongoing support of the Cardano Latam Translator Team—today known as Cardano Translator—where we have carried out numerous translations and proofreading tasks for key ecosystem projects. In addition, we have actively participated in CIP-1694 discussions, contributed to the LATAM Townhall, and maintained a constant presence across community spaces such as Discord, Telegram, and X.
Guided by the principle of bridging the gap between communities speaking different languages, we have dedicated ourselves to translating and curating official documents to make knowledge accessible and foster inclusivity. This proposal is a natural extension of that mission, now taken to an audiovisual format with the aim of amplifying voices from Latin America and connecting them to the global Cardano community.
Our professional backgrounds—spanning administration, accounting, psychology, marketing, and public relations—equip us with the skills to design and execute this project with professionalism and impact. We have collaborated for years as translators, delivering important projects that have helped strengthen the growth of the community. This shared experience, combined with our constant presence in the ecosystem, gives us both the capability and credibility to carry out the project with high levels of trust and accountability.
We see this podcast not only as a first step toward a sustainable, innovative communication project but also as a powerful tool to create synergy, build bridges, and celebrate the diversity that makes Cardano stronger.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
The requested budget represents excellent value for the Cardano ecosystem because it delivers a high-quality, bilingual media initiative that strengthens community connections, improves knowledge sharing, and expands the global reach of Latin American voices.
By producing 12 professionally crafted interviews (6 in Spanish, 6 in Portuguese) with respected Cardano leaders, each subtitled in English and distributed via YouTube, Spotify, and social media, this project bridges the language gap, promotes cultural inclusion, and ensures that impactful projects and initiatives from LATAM are accessible to the entire ecosystem.
The budget covers essential roles such as hosting, research, translation, production, and promotion, ensuring professional execution while remaining lean for the scope and impact expected. A one-time investment in work equipment, furniture, and essential materials ensures sustainability beyond the initial season, enabling us to continue producing valuable content without recurring setup costs.
This project offers long-term value by creating a media hub that not only promotes governance, education, and collaboration across regions, but also amplifies underrepresented perspectives, ultimately fostering a more inclusive and informed global Cardano community.
