We’re excited to roll out a new set of enhancements to the Milestone Module, designed to create a smoother, more accountable experience for everyone involved.

🏠 A New Homepage
Has been updated with refreshed content and an improved footer featuring up-to-date sources of information.
📩 “New Incoming Message” Notification
Never miss a discussion again. A new label alerts you when a Reviewer, Proposer, or Admin leaves a comment in the Discussion panel, ensuring timely communication.
🔍 Better Search & Sort
Improved filtering tools help you quickly locate the content you need! Reviews are central to Catalyst’s accountability model. This update strengthens fairness and independence across the review lifecycle.
🛡 Hidden Reviews for Unbiased Feedback
Reviews remain hidden until all assigned Reviewers have submitted theirs. This ensures independent assessments without influence from others.
Once all reviews are in, Proposers and Reviewers will be able to see that a review was submitted, but not its content until the appropriate stage.
Milestone& PoA Templates
We’ve introduced a standardized template for all Milestone and Proof of Achievement (PoA) submissions.
Milestone and PoA submission forms are now organized in an A/B/C format (A1–C1 for criteria, A2–C2 for evidence), ensuring consistency and making reviews easier.
☑️ Mandatory Approval Checkboxes
To ensure clarity and consistency, reviewers must now select:
✔️Approved → with an explanation of how the milestone or PoA deliverables were met
❌Not Approved → with clear identification of missing components or gaps
This streamlines expectations and improves the quality of reviewer feedback.
🔄 Resubmission Tracking
When a milestone or PoA is resubmitted, you can easily view what changed. This transparency helps Reviewers track updates and ensures Proposers understand what still needs work.

This ensures every requirement is addressed before submission — reducing back-and-forth and enabling proposers to submit with confidence.
