Problem

The problem I want to solve is the lack of accessible, multilingual instructional content for different user groups (non-tech people, developers, UI/UX creators) about Atala Prism Self Sovereign ID.

Solution

I will develop a series of instructional YouTube videos and a website repository with embedded videos to educate different user groups about Atala Prism Self Sovereign ID.

Team

Team Member: Michael (Solo)

Role: Project Lead, Content Creator, Developer, and Marketer.

Responsibilities: Michael will undertake all aspects of the proposal’s work, including project planning, content creation, website development, video production, and marketing.

Experience: Michael has a rich background in software technology, working for over two decades in technology support, software quality assurance, build and release, and developing utilities. He is currently a credentialed Computer Science teacher in a Title I school in California. His firsthand experience teaching in a setting where most students are new English speakers uniquely positions him to develop instructional materials that are accessible and understandable across languages and cultures.

Michael is deeply involved in the Cardano ecosystem as an operator of the Moton stake pool, a bare metal system running on Linux servers. His involvement extends to being part of the Marlowe Pioneer for smart contracts and the Atala Prism Pioneer program, providing him a profound understanding of these platforms.

Social Media / Websites:

No additional team members are planned to be recruited for this project, as Michael possesses the comprehensive skill set required to fulfill the project's objectives. However, if any needs arise during the project, there could be considerations for freelance support in content creation, website development, or marketing.

Prior to starting this project, Michael will leverage his existing relationships within the Cardano community and his engagement on Discord to ensure support and feedback throughout the development process. The project will be open and transparent, involving the community wherever possible.
