Since the inception of the Cardano blockchain, the community has grown exponentially. There is no Twitter poll that the Cardano will lose on Twitter, yet there are many misunderstandings and FUDs (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubts) about said blockchain. This creates a need for high-quality educational materials for both onboarding new members and current ones informed about the Cardano blockchain. Thus this proposal is created, it aims to fund the development and maintenance of comprehensive educational materials and graphics and video editing support tailored specifically for the Cardano community.

While resources and support exist, there is a lack of comprehensive and professional content catering to community needs. Many resources may be outdated or incomplete, making it hard for new users to navigate and understand Cardano

This plan aims to fill that gap by providing tailored educational materials and digital support created by experts to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and visual appeal. Our collaborative approach will identify essential topics and community interests to develop relevant and useful content.

The proposal for an educational content and media support plan for the Cardano community addresses the challenge of a lack of comprehensive and professional content catering to the needs of both new and existing users. The benefits of this proposal include:

Increased Cardano/blockchain understanding: The educational materials and digital resources created will help users understand Cardano's history, technology, use cases, and best practices, catering to various skill levels.

Engagement metrics like social media likes, shares, and comments plus user feedback will be used to refine content and improve the educational experience.

All these will also provide information on how useful and relevant the resources are to the Cardano community.

If any delays or challenges arise should occur, the team will address them immediately to ensure that the project is constantly on track. The team will also gather feedback from the Cardano community to assess the usefulness and relevance of the educational resources. According to the feedback, the team will make improvements as needed. The team also plans to share all the progress with the public throughout each phase so that the community can see the progress transparently.

[IMPACT] Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

The team plans to share the outputs and results of the project through various social media platforms that we will be using at all given stages. Initially, we will primarily focus on Twitter, thus posting our updates through Twitter initially. If we are to branch on to other platforms we will also post updates on those designated platforms. In addition to just sharing our outputs and results, the team plans to gather feedback and suggestion from the Cardano community so that we can continue to make content that best suits them.

Engagement metrics from social medial platforms and feedback from the community will be utilized to assess the project's progress. In addition, we plan to share all our progress throughout various stages so that the community is able to assess how we are doing as a team.

Furthermore, after doing evaluations on how we are progressing, if the team sees the result as highly positive, then we would consider taking part in the next funding round (Fund 11 of Cardano Project Catalyst) in order to secure more funds to assure we are able to maintain the quality of the content.

As the leading member of the team, I, Ahmed Awais am a graphic designer, content creator, and educator with over 1,600 followers on Twitter. I have done paid work in regard to creating content for numerous NFT projects (KWIC, Donketsu, False Idols, and more), one Defi protocol (Astarter), and several community members of the Cardano Blockchain. Furthermore, I have volunteered and helped with several NFT projects and one alpha group in the past, which has given me some exposure to managing projects. In addition, my primary source of income comes from being an educator. Having 8 years of experience on the field and have won several awards in regards to teaching and hosting workshops. This career has given me skills in delivering and preparing educational content. This shows the capability where I can deliver this project with the levels of trust and accountability. My expertise coupled with social media presence can ensure that the content and resources made are of top-tier quality and reach a broad audience from the Cardano community. 

As the proposal states that collaborative approaches will be employed. As someone who has made a lot of connections with the community members this will aid with gathering community feedback and comments in a timely manner. 

In addition, in the proposal, it is said that there will be a well-defined methodology, a clear timeline, and detailed metrics and evaluation criteria that will enable the team, which includes me to assess the project's progress and make necessary improvements whenever needed. I plan to share the progress transparently with the community and this further demonstrates my commitment to accountability.

As for the objectives, they include; developing beginner-friendly guides, tutorials, and resources for the Cardano community. All those contents would be delivered through digital support as there is a lack of consistent and professional content that is specifically tailored for the Cardano community.

To ensure that the approach is feasible, the team plans to work collaboratively with the Cardano community thought-out all the stages. The team will communicate with the community to identify topics and areas of concern. This approach ensures that the content created will be more suited for the target audience. Furthermore, the team will utilize engagement metrics through social media such as likes, shares, retweets, comments, and feedback forums to finetune the content and improve them accordingly.

The team has drafted a well-defined methodology, a clear timeline, and detailed metrics and evaluation criteria which will help in accessing the progress of the project. The project will be evaluated based on the KPI metrics, including the actual duration of each project phase, the completion rate for each project phase, the number of views, shares, and feedback from the community on the educational resources, increase in the number of views and shares by 25% within 6 months of launch, and an average satisfaction rating of 4 out of 5 from community feedback surveys. The team plans to create a sustainable and ongoing platform that would provide content about the Cardano blockchain, with the possibility of entering the next funding round (Fund 11) if the project's outcomes are positive.

The proposed budget breakdown for the Educational Content and Media Support Plan for the Cardano Community is as follows:

The total budget for the project is $25,000, any additional amount required above the 75,000 ADA funding will be provided by the lead proposal himself to ensure the best outcome.

The breakdown of the budget includes four components; $10,000 for content development, which will be utilized to cover the cost of creating beginner-friendly Cardano guides, tutorials, and other resources. Next, the graphics budget of $5,000, will be utilized to cover all the costs of creating custom graphics which will then improve the production and engagement of all the content. Then the $5,000 for the video editing, will be utilized to cover the cost expense of constructing proficient video editing that will support educational and promotional videos. Finally, the online platform budget of $5,000 will cover the cost of creating an online platform, namely Twitter to host and distribute resources to the community. In addition to just creating the online platform, that $5,000 will be utilized to hire someone to run the online platform. 

As mentioned earlier in the proposal the team plans to take a collaborative approach in creating all the content for the Cardano community. There will be a strong emphasis on said collaborative approach thus, the team will work very closely with the community to pinpoint the right topics and areas of interest which the Cardano community is interested and curious about. All of this content would be distributed through various means such as; graphics, videos, and written context. These contents will be initially distributed through Twitter, but other platforms might be used in the future if there is a demand, such as; Discord and forums. 

The team will regularly track and evaluate the progress of the project against the KPI metrics to ensure the timely completion of each phase and engagement with the educational resources. If the project's outcomes are positive, the team plans to create a sustainable and ongoing platform that would provide content about the Cardano blockchain and consider entering the next funding round (Fund 11).

It includes a variety of things such as; creating beginner-friendly Cardano guides, tutorials, resources, customer graphics, and top-tier video editing to reinforce educational and promotional videos and establishing an online platform in order to host and broadcast the aforementioned resources to the Cardano Community.
