Industry Connections: Andromeda Stake Pool is part of xSPO and SPA alliances. We intend to approach book.io, adadomains.io, TosiDrop and other knowable and reputable projects in the Cardano ecosystem for future collaboration and partnership.
Portfolio: 1 business & 1 writer already trusted us to lead them to the future of marketing. By the end of this year they will be the first successful projects under AWA’s belt, alongside with the marketing of AWA itself.
The main goals of the project are:
Initiate at least the first stage of the marketing strategies for our clients by the end of Q4, 2023.
The scope of the project is feasible due to the fact that we are already working on those marketing strategies with our clients for more than 3 months. We are working hard to find new (out of the box) ways to promote and execute these strategies.
We already started working on getting AWA off the ground alongside with the work we do for our client’s marketing plans.
1.1. Conduct extensive and detailed market research.
1.2. Based on research data we will create promising marketing strategies for 2 businesses and 1 individual client/writer.
1.3. Based on marketing strategies we will create marketing campaigns and content delivery strategies for the clients.
1.4. Creation of 3d models of real objects, Mint NFTs and create the smart contracts, needed for execution of the first stage of those strategies.
2. Milestone – Execution of the marketing campaigns and analysis of the results. 16 weeks (November – February).
2.1 . Implementation and test of the content in accordance with planned campaigns.
2.2. Gather data from the campaigns and analyze the results.
2.3. Adjust and adapt the marketing strategies and campaigns.
2.4. Implement and test newly adapted strategies and campaigns.
3. Milestone – Finalize the data of the successful strategies and campaigns. 3 weeks (End of February).
3.1. Meetings with the clients about the path forward for them in relation to AWA.
3.2. Conducting and participating in local events with our pitch deck presentation and presenting the successful portfolio of AWA.
Milestone 1 – Finalize marketing strategies for our clients that include utilizing the Cardano ecosystem.
Deliverables: Completed marketing strategies for 2 businesses & 1 writer/book.
Outputs: Marketing research data, marketing strategies & campaigns (not publicly available due to client confidentiality agreement), NFTs and smart contracts.
Intended Outcomes: Successfully completed marketing strategies, successfully created marketing campaigns, created NFTs and/or NFT collections for the clients, functional smart contracts.
Measurement: Number of completed marketing strategies & campaigns, number of 3d models & NFTs created, number of smart contracts created.
Milestone 2 – Execution of the marketing campaigns and analysis of the results.
Deliverables: Testing marketing strategies & campaigns for 2 businesses & 1 writer/book, feedback reports
Outputs: Campaign data, testing reports, analysis of feedback.
Intended Outcomes: Successful marketing campaigns, revenue growth, positive client feedback, positive feedback of our clients’ clients.
Measurement: Successfully implemented marketing campaigns, client feedback, client revenue growth.
Milestone 3 – Finalize the data of the successful strategies and campaigns.
Deliverables: Feedback from our clients as well as our clients’ clients.
Outputs: Final report and analysis of the 3 projects/clients.
Intended Outcomes: Revenue growth of our clients - minimum 5%, positive feedback and reviews from our clients.
Measurement: Number of positive client reviews, percentage revenue growth.
The estimated budget for AWA project is 50k EUR ≈ 191k ₳
In the current F10: Catalyst Open cap = 75k ₳, we decided to apply only for getting AWA off the ground stage of our project which we estimated to be 20k EUR ≈ 77k ₳.
In this proposal we apply for the cap of the F10: Catalyst Open category, which is 75k ₳.

In case that the value of ₳ drops we are willing to get more of our skin in the game and put some of our own personal resources to fund it until the next F11, in which we intend to apply for the next stage of scaling AWA to the place of top marketing agency in the crypto space.
