We are wasting funds on projects that dont progress. Millions of ada were sent without auditing or follow-up to the projects. if we want our currency to be valued, we cannot devalue it in this way. We lose seriousness.

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

Creating a set of rules, with rewards and penalties to regulate the payments and progress of projects financed with catalyst can imporve exponentially the progress, managment and finance of catalyst funds. There are a lot of people taking advantage of not having any condition after giving them the funds. We should follow them and check their progress, penalize non-compliance, and regulate the use of funds, Doing it we can save actually millions of ADA wich we really value.

we will compare the progress of the projects audited by the team financed in this fund10, with the projects that are not audited. For fund 11 we would like to be able to demonstrate the difference and obtain more financing to enlarge the team and achieve more projects.

If we are chosen, we will create a web page and a profile on the following social networks: telegram, discord and twitter to share the data collected and analyzed, as well as the conclusions and suggestions.
