The proposed CatalystTalk solution for Vietnamese solves the challenge by providing a multi-way communication and communication channel, allowing the Vietnamese community to participate in Catalyst project activities on Cardano. This brings the following benefits to the Cardano ecosystem:

During the proposed implementation period of 3 months with 6 talks with 6 topics and 6 republished videos, the average number of people participating in the sharing session is 50-70/session, and each published video will attract (at least) 600 hits/video/6 months and maybe more after 3 months. This will create significant growth in the number of users and developers from Vietnam. Mass participation will contribute to the diversity and growth of the Cardano ecosystem.

Our plan to share the output and results of the CatalystTalk project with Vietnamese people includes the following:

1. Output product dissemination plan:

• Organize 6 online sessions: we propose to organize 6 online sessions within 3 months. Each session will focus on a specific topic related to the CatalystTalk proposal for Vietnamese and will be pre-registered to attract participation.
• Publish 6 videos: After each sharing session, we will create a video that summarizes the content and the most important stories from the session. The video will be published and shared on social media channels and the CatalystTalk project website.

2. Share output:

• Shared audience: The videos and content shared will be for the Vietnamese community, including Cardano users, developers, and those who are interested in the development of the Cardano ecosystem.
• Shared media: Videos and shared content will be published on the CatalystTalk project website, and social media channels like Facebook, YouTube, and Telegram. We will also use other important communication channels to ensure the wide spread of the message.

1. Experience and expertise: We have experience participating in Catalyst from fund 4 and have a deep understanding of Catalyst and Cardano. Our team consists of experts in the field, ensuring the ability to provide accurate, reliable, and high-quality content and information about Cardano. We have done many free sharing sessions for the Cardano Vietnam community.

2. Community Building: We have experience in building and managing online communities. We understand how to create an environment of support, respect, and positive interaction within the CatalystTalk for the Vietnamese community.

3. Process of moderation and management: We have experience in building a project management process, which is evidenced by our proposal being funded at fund 7 and completed ahead of schedule. We will apply strict content management and moderation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information shared on CatalystTalk for Vietnamese. All content will be thoroughly reviewed before being approved and published.

4. Feedback and improvements: We will listen to feedback and suggestions from users and the community to continuously improve CatalystTalk for Vietnamese. We will take measures to fix the problem quickly and optimize the user experience.

1. The goals of the CatalystTalk proposal for Vietnamese people that the topic tries to achieve:

• Organize 6 sharing talks with important and interesting topics and 6 videos to share with the community; there are rewards for community members to participate in sharing.
• Increase community participation: The quantitative goal is to attract at least 400 Vietnamese people to participate in CatalystTalk within 3 months of the proposal. At the same time, the qualitative goal is to create a large, diverse, and active Vietnamese community that participates in activities on the Cardano platform.
• Encourage creative ideas: The quantitative goal is to get at least 18 new ideas and project proposals from the Vietnamese community. The qualitative goal is to create an environment that encourages and supports the development of ideas and innovative projects on Cardano.
• Create impetus for the development of Cardano: The quantitative goal is to have at least 5 projects participating in the proposal for funding from Catalyst thanks to the support and contributions from the Vietnamese community. To give the cost for each task and job, we rely on our current costs of organizing an online sharing session with similar sharing sessions in Vietnam. Therefore, we consider the above budget requirement to ensure and promote the value of coins for the Cardano ecosystem.

In order for the cost of the free CatalystTalk project for Vietnamese people to be reasonable and appropriate for the Cardano ecosystem, we apply the following factors:

1. Cost assessment and analysis: We will conduct a detailed assessment of the cost factors associated with the project, including CatalystTalk platform development, marketing and promotion, management, and support user support. From there, we will analyze and estimate the required cost based on the required resources, time, and work.

2. Reconciliation with Existing Financing: We will review Challenge Catalyst Open's available funding to ensure that the project's costs are within our capabilities and in line with available resources.
