This certainly has dependencies on GOP hierarchy and other organizations like New York Republican Club where I am a member of and well known to be of Blockchain Freedom and readiness. I am an Assemblyman Candidate under the GOP for Legislative District 37, NJ. I myself carry legislative weight on my own and I will win this race in 2023 or 2025 but my PAC is not dependent on my Assembly Candidacy. Although it strengthens the likelihood and ease of coordination because I am already a part of the GOP. The USA GOP sees the growing reasons an effective hands-on PAC should exist widening the range of Federal and State connections across the nation under this reason.

I perceive the problem as a national status, and then by each state is performing on multiple topics as well. Each state has specific people being candidates and seat holders: There are people now who became Anti-Crypto especially after the FTX fiasco and other non organic crashes. This was also reported by Charles Hoskinson in a recent past AMA after I did ask for an update. And there are people of low trust and other issues who need to be flat out replaced. My solution is a 1 on 1 approach to candidates and office holders and persons of appointed positions the opportunity for them to gather information from me and associates with me, continue to stay in contact for their understandings to clear uncertainty about which protocols have been used that are risky and not of best interest to the world as customers because of their losses due to thefts so we can go from shouldn't to can't, in that regard. And therefore become actionable together with a based and coordinated Blockchain PAC aiding the way, diligently more efficient and effective over time. There are examples of how Cardano's protocols are the best for proof of stake comparing the current global market. My impact will be with the growing number of persons mentioned and advisors, and previous office holders/appointed people and even government agency participation validating me currently; Of my intents, purpose, direction and that they should be onboard and that there is on-boarding protocol that gets the same result and is not the same for everyone. I am also looking forward to utilizing findings from University of Edinburgh for metrics on decentralization. This is what PACs can do, and be a force in the direction of blockchain freedoms.

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

The direct impact my project will do and focus on is the influencing of Federal elections as these candidates and office holders will be shaping these laws under there time in office.

Being an Assembly candidate I have Legislative District 37 and secured my seat to run again in 2025, also have the support of my surrounding Districts 36,38,39 who are running as well and the to be Governor Jack Ciattarelli endorsed by the GOP like me in 2025 allowing me to introduce ideas for consideration and propose to adopt favorable legislation in and outside of NJ through example with concentration but not only including blockchain tech and anti CBDC laws.

While I am out there in field of campaigning, Cardano leading by it's example is with me all the time especially since I have great endorsements to be a DREP from the community and effectively participated in CIP1694 workshops. I'll be utilizing DAO tech for polling and this can become a very powerful tool for the people that can spread, and that I want to spread. -As per the amount of transactions I can get, I have a gathering I am looking to put together that will be a permitted event estimated 300k people in about 9 to 10.. months. I will disclose website information later and further logistics in the coming week after some work is done for figuring out permit situations which is a separate operation that compliments my PAC's action. I am also looking to have a nice table for December; there is an event with 12-15k people and candidate and politicians from all over USA in Arizona, I am talking with people to see if they are interested to participate in that event along with other future politically driven events next year during federal election time.

[IMPACT] How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

The sheer number of Candidates and office holders I agree to support, through my on-boarding system would be a vote for fair blockchain legislation ensuring our technological advancements of controlling our own assets on blockchain tech remain part of our existing freedoms.

[IMPACT] Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

Actually all of my expenditures will be listed in the FEC public record, pertaining to literature and media made. As per hard literature; these will be dispersed and I can provide proof of work in the name of the campaign using them. I will also have a roster on my website for the Blockchain PAC. My PAC is a Hybrid and is named "US Federal Blockchain PAC" rightfully so, and is registered with the FEC as of July 2023. My websites will have the decentralized polling technology api platform from Cardano in operation as well that is being paid for already by me.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

I have an endorsement paid for and will be run by the RNC Republican National Committee; that nobody is better to fix New Jersey than Robert Bedoya for this years election. That should give you a good understanding of how people feel about me being and staying involved. Also my operations run under FEC regulations and I am in the know of the processes to stay compliant.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

The main goal is to extend the roster as stated of people in agreement to receive service from my blockchain PAC and also give service when the times arise. My approach is highly logical and feasible since PAC's exist specifically for this reason.

For expansions: First will come me reaching out to principle points of contact to largely gather information on candidates and office holders. Meaning I need to weigh my options. There are some general events I will have to make attendance to as I have been, that will come up. After contacts are gathered the setting up further meetings and the expansion of purposed roster; warrants the seeking expansion operations of funds from places like existing exchanges in the US and abroad. These campaigns, I will be looking to support their efforts for election after I am satisfied with my interview or if I already am satisfied with my existing knowledge of their stance on these issues by their actions, press relations, legislation, voting history and connections.

The deliverables are a roster of informed politicians who will work and be actionable for what is right for us and everybody in the industry when the times come.

My position right now as an Assemblyman Candidate for 2023 shows I am a serious person stated for this position.

I am asking for around $7,000 USD. Literature being bought for a candidate as mentioned then handed out with proof of work that I would influence in design providing mention of services on Cardano as well, all within FEC regulation being involved in Federal elections.

I do know what supporting and running campaigns looks like; I have been a highly reliable verifiable personel operationally running a Federal Congressional campaign in 2020 but also other Federal, State and Local elections before I became a Candidate in the State of NJ. I also hope that you picked up the value of my Assembly campaign already spreading awareness for the Cardano ecosytem door to door is the way I campaign and the strengthening of either compliments the other.
