1. Gather important Cardano information and convert it into Russian, then produce a weekly video and publish on Youtube sharing the important information with the Russian-speaking community, so they are up to date about Cardano. The topics can range from governance, voting, project updates, project reviews, and more.

3. On a daily basis, answer questions from the Russian-speaking community on Telegram, topics usually ranging from wallets, staking, NFTs, defi, and more
4. Important to note that this proposal is aimed at the Russian-speaking community, which lives all over the world. It means that Russian-speaking community will spread what they know about Cardano to their foreign friends. For example, there is not enough Cardano presence in Turkey, but people who talk to me tell their friends and relatives about Cardano.

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

The proposed solution effectively addresses the challenge faced by the Cardano Russian-speaking community by providing continuous education and community building. I did my research and could not find Russian-language channels that explain in detail the topic of blockchain and Cardano in particular.

By delivering video content and text-based posts, as well as engaging on the Telegram group, the solution ensures that individuals with limited resources and language skills can access high-quality information about Cardano.

The benefits of this solution extend to the Cardano ecosystem in several ways:

1. Increased Awareness and Adoption: By providing educational content in the native language of Russian speakers, the proposal helps bridge the language barrier and enables a larger audience to understand and engage with Cardano. This leads to increased awareness and potential adoption of Cardano within the Russian-speaking community, contributing to the ecosystem's growth. Russia and Ukraine are among the 10 largest crypto communities in the world. These people speak Russian well, but do not always know English. The influx of new users into the ecosystem will be large if told in a language close to them.
2. Community Engagement and Collaboration: The solution's focus on maintaining a strong presence on platforms like Telegram fosters a vibrant community environment. It provides a platform for Russian-speaking individuals to share knowledge, ask questions, and receive guidance. This engagement promotes collaboration, strengthens relationships, and encourages active participation within the Cardano community.
3. Expanded Global Reach: The proposal's emphasis on catering to Russian speakers contributes to Cardano's global reach. 1. Community building: The focus will be on creating a competent, understanding Russian-speaking community. There will also be an emphasis on educational activities so that people have an understanding of the blockchain topic.
2. Community Retention: Tracking the level of ongoing engagement, active participation, and knowledge sharing within the community will serve as key indicators of successful retention.
3. Video quality: the quality of the video educational content produced is important for assessing the project, it can be quantified by observing the likes vs dislikes count on the videos.

The proposer possesses the capability to deliver the project with high levels of trust and accountability based on their working experience. Previously, the proposer had experience in conducting courses, where all lectures were held live according to the schedule.

The lectures were conducted and prepared by the applicant. This demonstrates the ability to build a work schedule, stick to it and achieve your goals.

Here are the key factors that demonstrate their capability and accountability:

1. Community Presence: The author of the proposal regularly leads Twitter, and creates reviews on Cardano projects.
2. Successful Educational Content Creation: The proposer has experience in conducting regular lectures on the topic of cryptocurrency for groups of 5 people in Russian.

The main goals of the project are as follows:

1. Education and Information Dissemination: The primary goal is to provide high-quality educational content to the Cardano Russian-speaking community. This includes producing informative videos, community posts and group chat answers to enhance the understanding of Cardano's technology, ecosystem, and opportunities.
2. Community Building and Engagement: Another crucial goal is to foster a strong and engaged community among Russian-speaking individuals interested in Cardano. 
3. Empowering Community Members: The project aims to empower community members to become unofficial ambassadors and spokespersons for Cardano. By educating and communicating with those who have the capabilities and willingness to contribute, the project seeks to encourage active participation and advocacy within the Russian-speaking community.

What is also included in the budget?

Сonducting research and turning the research into video. Such type of work requires a high level of expertise and skills, including English/Russian translation/interpretation, Cardano-specific knowledge, additionally, text and content writing skills to make the content engaging and easily understandable. 

It's necessary to have skills in social media, creating cover pictures, etc.

Why are the rates like that?

For a few reasons

• The proposer lives in Turkey where over 50% inflation rate in May.
• The channels will be managed by two people, so the cost of video production and English-Russian translations will be lower
• The price also includes advertising in other Telegram communities and other methods.

The value of such work in the future is very high, as new people with money will be attracted, and the influence of the ecosystem on the crypto community will expand (educating and onboarding Russian speakers around the globe).

Low Risk: The project presents minimal risk due to experience. The hosts of the YouTube channel have experience in teaching complex topics in simple language.

Anastasia has been teaching Frontend development for beginners for 4 years and knows how to explain in simple terms.

For the last year she has also been giving lectures on cryptocurrency for beginners in Russian. These competencies will help to easily convey the value of Cardano to Russian-speaking community

The community can have confidence in the consistent and reliable delivery of educational content and community retention.

Education and Awareness: By delivering informative videos, community posts, and other educational materials, the project contributes to enhancing knowledge and understanding of Cardano's technology, principles, and opportunities.
