The biggest problem is stress and low life energy while creating and implementing our projects and in our lives general. With my workshops, we will solve the problem of stress and low life energy.
I will hold monthly workshops lasting 3 hours and weekly practice lasting 75 min. where members will learn about tools that help us deal with stress and deal with stressful situations more easily.
This is the total amount allocated to Stress free zone in Cardano Ecosystem.

I will organize a 3-hour workshop once a month via Zoom. In the first two hours, participants will be presented with tools on how to deal with stress, how to raise life energy, calm 100,000 thoughts in the mind, deal with negative energy from the past, be in the present moment and live a life of happiness.
In the last hour of the workshop I will present the current topics and projects within Cardano Ecosystem in our round table and I will take the time to introduce and teach new members how to open the Lace wallet.
Likewise, once a week on Wednesdays (or any day that community decide, with google doc feedback form) before the Cardano catalyst town hall, I will lead a practice via Zoom where I will teach people simple exercises, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation.
When we are conditioned with stress and negative energy, everything around us and in us seems difficult, inaccessible and unattainable. Since I have been working with groups and individuals for 15 years and I myself practice the tools I teach, I can testify to the participants that a stress - free life is possible, it is very easy and it brings success both on a business and personal level.
I realized that when we live a life without stress and negative energy, my mind focuses much more easily and I reach the desired results more easily, and I want to teach others exactly this platform that I have built in myself in order to help them build their own internal platform from which they will be even more comfortable and even better in realizing their ideas, tasks and projects.
This project will engage already existing members of the Cardano Ecosystem like: Cardano for climate, Little fish, Swarm, SNet etc. I will present the project in all town halls as well as in the main Catalyst town hall, but there will also be a great emphasis on new members that I will onboard through weekly practice and direct them to the weekend workshops and after the workshop to the Catalyst Cardano town hall.
As I already work with a large number of people who have not heard of Cardano catalyst, my task will be to onboard them to weekend workshops and weekly practice and also to inspire already existing members of various ecosystem organizations to come to the workshops and round table and I think that the workshops and weekly practices will be transparent as they will be recorded, and the videos will be a demonstration of the impact (testimonies of participants, number of members around the round table, new members, opened wallets).
So far my workshops and classes have been very successful outside the Cardano Ecosystem. My activities will mostly be focused on onboarding new members to the Cardano ecosystem, and existing members who will join will supplement the topics that we will discuss at the round tables. Uniquely, we haven't had the chance to see this type of proposal - a project that can help individuals deal with stress. This is important to Cardano because at the end of this period of 6 months Cardano will get 50 - 100 new members, and existing members will get very valuable tools that will help them to get rid of stress and negative energy in order to be more successful carrying out and implementing their projects.
Organizing workshops with different themes, including stress management, dealing with negative thoughts, living in the present moment, and living a happy life, addresses the Catalyst Open
Challenge because Catalyst Open F10 is for small, low-budget ideas that don’t fit any other Challenge in the Fund. This project brings benefits and value to the Cardano ecosystem by improved mental health, enhanced productivity, long-term personal growth, community support and improved quality of life + new members to the Catalyst + opening new Lace wallets + 30 videos with workshops and practice.
One of the impacts this project will bring to the Cardano ecosystem is increased community engagement. The workshops will attract individuals who are seeking tools and strategies to manage stress and improve their well-being. This will bring new people to the community who are interested in personal development and contribute to a sense of community and connection among participants.
By gathering a community of individuals who have attended the workshops, we will create a support system where people can share their experiences, challenges, and successes. This can lead to increased social support and a stronger ecosystem where individuals can seek guidance and encouragement.
With my guidance during the 6 months that the proposal lasts, between 50 and 100 new members will come through the workshops.
My plan is to collect qualitative feedback from participants about their workshop experience and ask them to share their thoughts on the effectiveness of the content, workshop activities, and whether they found the strategies and techniques taught to be helpful. This feedback will provide insights into the perceived value and impact of the workshop.
Participants will be asked to self-assess for example their stress levels, or capability of being in the present moment before and after the workshop.This will help measure whether there has happened a change among participants.
Assess if participants have adopted the techniques taught in the workshops by asking them to report on their actual practice of the strategies in their daily lives.
Also i will conduct surveys before and after the workshop to assess participants' knowledge, awareness, and attitudes towards the workshop topic. By comparing the responses I can determine if there has been a positive shift in participants' understanding and mindset regarding the workshop theme.
I consider these measures to be realistic because they are practical and directly aligned with the objectives of the workshops and they can be easily implemented without placing an excessive burden on participants or requiring extensive resources.
By utilizing these evaluation measures i will be able to assess the effectiveness of the workshops in terms of knowledge transfer, attitude change, skill development. It will help me gather valuable feedback and make informed improvements for future workshops, ensuring the project's success and ongoing positive impact on participants' well-being.
Considering the productivity and growth on Cardano in short terms, the participants will have increased focus and concentration, enhanced problem solving skills, improved work relationships by learning effective stress management techniques, mediation, breathing techniques and relaxation. Long term effects are better health and well being, increased job satisfaction and engagement, and enhanced creativity and innovation.
One more way how I will measure success is 30 videos that I will upload to YouTube and the new number of opened LACE wallets.
After each workshop and each weekly practice, I will share the recorded video content and feedback documents with the Cardano Ecosystem through Town Halls and breakout rooms and over the social platforms, Facebook, LinkedIn...
All results in further research can be used as an excellent parameter of how many people have mastered the skills from the workshops and practices. Let's not forget that after 6 months each participant will receive a certificate that they have attend and master the Stress free Zone workshops.
I strive for excellence in every task I undertake, ensuring that I meet or exceed the expectations set for the project. I have 15 years of experience organizing classes and workshops helping people to deal with stress and overcome life challenges and obstacles. In case of any challenges or setbacks, I am proactive in finding solutions.
Every workshop and practice is recorded. After each workshop and practice, the recorded video contents will be posted on YouTube and will be shared to social networks. In this way the community can follow my work and success. Once a month after town hall I will organize a break out room where I will also present my work.
The goal of this proposal is to educate all the participants of the workshops about stress, negative thoughts, not living in the present moment and their impact on mental and physical well-being. Also the goal is to increase awareness and understanding of stress, its effects on individuals, and the importance of managing it effectively, help participants cultivate emotional balance and develop healthier responses to stressors.
Participants will learn practical tools and techniques to manage and cope with stress and negativity (relaxation techniques, mindfulness exercises, breathing exercises, ...). During workshops we will create a safe space where participants can openly discuss their experiences, share insights, and learn from one another. Encouraging community building and providing resources for ongoing support can help participants maintain their stress management efforts beyond the workshop. Feedback from participants will be a part of workshops, post-workshop assessments, and incorporating suggestions for enhancement. The aim is to ensure that the workshops are impactful and meet the evolving needs of participants.
At the end of the day, the idea is to have a calm mind and high life energy so that we can perform our daily duties in that case Cardano Ecosystem can be a place with more effective and friendly atmosphere.
By holding workshops once a month that will last 3 hours, I will teach people how to get rid of and reduce stress through the presented tools. And through weekly practice lasting 75 minutes - once a week we will practice the presented tools together and perfect the techniques for solving and suppressing stress.
Every time after the weekend workshop we will have a round table where activities within the Cardano ecosystem will be presented for an hour.

Milestone 3: Workshop on Calming Down 100,000 Thoughts in the Mind

*Outputs: Participants develop an understanding of the nature of the mind, learn mindfulness practices for observing thoughts without attachment, and gain tools to calm and quiet the mind.
*Intended Outcomes: Increased ability to find inner calmness and mental clarity, reduced anxiety and overwhelm, improved focus and concentration.
Milestone 4: Workshop on Getting Rid of Negative Energy from the Past
*Deliverables: Workshop materials, presentation slides, healing exercises, guided meditations for releasing past negative energy, techniques for forgiveness and letting go.
*Outputs: Participants explore techniques to release past emotional baggage, learn forgiveness practices, and engage in healing exercises to let go of negative energy.
*Intended Outcomes: Emotional healing, increased self-compassion and self-forgiveness, freedom from the burden of past experiences, enhanced emotional well-being.
Milestone 5: Workshop on Being Present in the Present Moment
*Deliverables: Workshop materials, presentation slides, mindfulness practices for presence, guided meditations for present-moment awareness, exercises for cultivating mindfulness in daily life.

Regular Weekly Classes (Physical Practice, Pranayama, and Meditation)

Why such a budget? I think $40 per hour is enough at this stage of the project. Hourly rate for a workshop trainer, life coach can be from $40 to $150. I chose the lowest hourly rate at this stage of the project. My opinion is that not everything is about the money, but that enthusiasm, togetherness and work always come before money, and the money will come! I would love for this proposal to be voted on and I am counting on the wonderful people of the Cardano community.
The value for money lies in the quality of the content and the depth of the teachings that participants receive, which can significantly enhance their understanding and practice. The knowledge and guidance they receive during the workshops and weekly practices can have a transformative impact on their well-being.

I am the only person working on the proposal and I am responsible for organizing and implementing the workshops that will be held on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and regular practice classes during the week. As you can see in my CV, I have been a yoga teacher and physical education teacher for many years and I have experience in organizing workshops on topics related to improving health and quality of life. I am also responsible for the distribution of funds when the proposal is voted on and for marketing.
