We do not have enough eyes outside the Cardano ecosystem to judge how much positive development is fuelled by Cardano.
The IndieHUB (Games/Technology Centre in Germany) offers us the opportunity to present our projects and introduce the Cardano brand to a broad network in Central Europe
This is the total amount allocated to IndieHUB x FluxusNetwork.
Conward Swift, Crypto Loops
No dependencies
Project will be fully open source
By working with IndieHUB, we have the chance to massively increase the visibility of Cardano projects and of course Cardano itself within the technology and games focused network in Central Europe.
The collaboration with IndieHUB includes Cardano and at least one project being featured on all banners and events they either participate in or hold themselves throughout the year.
In addition to a general announcement that Cardano is collaborating with, the following elements maximise the visibility of Cardano and its project:
Logo presence outside events
(indicating that the INDIE Hub is supported by CARDANO).
In our publications
In our email signature
In our event trailers and videos
Website
Logo presence in our partner area on the Indie Hub website
Discord
Partner channel on the Indie Developer Stammtisch Discord server.
Information channel about offers and contact possibilities for the community.
Logo presence at events
(with the indication that the INDIE Hub is supported by CARDANO)
On our event banners and roll-ups
On our volunteer shirts
On Eventbrite
In the live stream of the event *not available at all events.
Social media
Announcement of the partnership on our social media channels:
LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Their events are streamed on Twitch.tv and are in the top 1 or top 0.22% of channels on the platform when they live stream/curate the event. They themselves work with Devcom in Germany, which takes place right before gamescom, and these two events have over a million visitors and even more online.
Increasing visibility in a technology-driven environment gives us as an ecosystem the opportunity to find more competent developers outside the games sector. An annual support collaboration allows us to not disappear back into obscurity after gaining a bit of visibility. We will appear repeatedly in more places so that we can consolidate our position in the "not yet integrated" part of web2.
We will be able to measure interactions with posts on social media, twitch.tv and events and present transparent figures.
Every single contribution, every stream, every interview will be documented and will be available for the community to evaluate shortly afterwards, but will be summarised in a comprehensive report/presentation at the end of the collaboration, which will also include their big event, the "Indie Game Fest".
IndieHUB UG is a listed company that has been running events and networking for half a decade and has been doing so for 6 years. Their network is growing and they have no negative bias towards the web3 space and are therefore able to meet us on equal footing with their other collaborators like NVIDIA.
The events are subsidised by the government and sponsors like AWS ob board. The possibility of a repeated successful event with massive media coverage including videos is as good as given.
Milestones are set in close relation to events, as they serve as important reports on the success of the proposal and are fully transparent to the community.
These milestones do not include the many smaller collaborations the team has throughout the year, such as Games Week Berlin, but these need to be collected into larger reports so that the data can be easily analysed by the community.
Every major events will have an individual summary report for the community.
The usual cost for a collaboration is âŹ60,000 per organisation displayed. As FluxusNetwork members are active representatives of IndieHUB as event judges or even as IGF ambassadors of Games Germany, a discounted rate is more than double the value for the community's efforts to support this proposal.
The ADA of this proposal will not only map Cardano on all social networks and events, but also another project worth 120,000⏠for only 50,000âŹ.
Letting students attend tech-specific events for only ~40% of the regular price undoubtedly has great value for the ecosystem, while solving the problem that Cardano should be cast in the positive light it deserves.
