At the moment all existing Testnets explorers have not only pros, but, unfortunately, cons too. AdaStat will bring a solution for some (maybe even for all) known issues of existing Testnets explorers
We will make AdaStat.net Cardano Explorer site and API available for both Pre-prod and Preview testnets. Thus, the developers and users will have more opportunities to explore the Cardano testnets.
This is the total amount allocated to AdaStat Cardano Explorer for Pre-prod and Preview test networks.

We use a third-party software like PostgreSQL, Cardano Node, DB-Sync, NodeJS, and some JS/CSS frameworks and libraries like progressive JavaScript reactive framework VueJS or CSS UIkit framework for rapid prototyping and fast development. All the dependencies are open source. There are no external factors (such as third-party suppliers, external resources, third-party software, etc.) that may cause a delay.
Eventually the project will be fully open source. However, for now, the answer is No, since this will not happen immediately after the project completion.
Explorers are an important part of every blockchain ecosystem. Cardano is no exception. Since none of the Testnets explorers is perfect and each has both advantages and disadvantages (for example, some don't show account rewards, others may display non-real-time data, i.e. display cached data, etc), it is very important to give developers and users the opportunity to choose which explorer they will use for a particular request. Our team has already developed the AdaStat.net Cardano Explorer for the mainnet, and now we want to do the same for the both Pre-prod and Preview testnets. In addition, as far as I know, none of existing Testnet Explorer has a public API. AdaStat will have the public API for both Pre-prod and Preview testnets.
Following the principles of decentralization, it is very important for users to have an access to blockchain data in different explorers. Since users should not trust any of the explorers, they should be able to compare data in different explorers. Also, convenience and simplicity of interacting with blockchain data will potentially attract more blockchain developers.
The key metrics will be the number of site users and the number of developers using the API. An indicator of success will be represented by the growth of these metrics.
We plan to share the outputs and results of this project through AdaStat Twitter account as well as Cardano TG Groups like Cardano Developers, Cardano StakePool Operators, Cardano Stake Pool Best Practice, etc
As mentioned above, our team has already developed the AdaStat Cardano Explorer for the mainnet. So we have enough experience and understanding of how and what to do to achieve results.
The main goal is developing and running a fully functional Cardano Explorer for both Pre-prod and Preview testnets, as well as developing API for both.
The development process will take approximately 2 months and will have 2 milestones:
Milestone 1
Final Acceptance Milestone 2

Final Acceptance Milestone 2
The total requested funds are 50,000 ADA, which is equal to ~$14,000 at the current rate

The average cost of development per hour is 50$. We assume that our 2 devs will not spend more than 25% of their working time (i.e. 2 hours per day / each dev = 4 hours per day). We also assume that the project will take 2 month (i.e. 46 working days). So we can calculate the total amount
which is equal our team work cost.
Our team roles and responsibilities for the project are:
