while we will not be open-sourcing our app, we will open-source the rewarding functionality that this proposal will fund. This will enable projects to implement it into their own solution in the future

Our proposed feature set for rewards mechanisms will include action based and automated triggering of token metadata updates and rewards distribution.

This will form a complete or bespoke package we can offer projects, businesses and more, to create an immersive and rewarding experience to token holders/members/attendees

This can be many things, but often revolve around token metadata updates for various actions or triggers

We will build out 3 main features for this feature set:

• automated token metadata updates
• action based rewards mechanisms
• randomised rewards mechanisms

We will make automated and withdrawal based rewards distributions to offer for different use cases

Example use cases include scavenger hunts & raffles

We are building a tool to offer further use case to any project or team on Cardano. It will be able to integrate into their products or services easily, allowing them to seamlessly distribute rewards in the form of project tokens, memberships and more.

The number of projects using our solution to reward community members for their own purposes such as calls, community events, meet ups and more

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

Our team has already built the alpha version of the NftPass app, from blockchain integration to ui development, we have experience in mobile development, blockchain tools and backend development.

Rhys is also a smart contract developer with experience in Plutus / Plutarch, Lucid, CTL and the deployment of contracts in dapps and tools. He has been a contributer to many cardano projects including ADAO, Minswap, FreeLoaderz, CNCAla, and many more. He has been an SPO for going on 3 years and is a full stack developer, as well as a successful fitness business owner and personal trainer

Quintin has worked for more than 6 years as a Nurse, having received his BScN. This requires good leadership skills as well as time management and people skills in order to make sure his unit and all the patients receive quality care.

Co-Founder of SoundRig which is one of Cardano's premiere music platforms having successfully implemented the only NFT Media player on chain with encryption/decryption capabilities.

Project lead for two on-chain charity events: Cardano for Ukraine & Music for Mental Health. Which were virtual concerts with performances by many musicians from the Cardano community that successfully raised funds for Ukrainian refugees in Poland as well as research into mental health treatments.

Theo studied International Hospitality Management & International Business Management. Successful entrepreneur having founded and is the Managing Director of 2 Internationally multi-awarded hospitality companies with presence in Greece and Zambia. As well as having owned and ran multiple high-end bars an clubs.

Passion for Graphic design and animations for more than 5 years having worked with Cnftaudio, The Listening Room and SoundRig.

Electronic Music Production and DJing for more than 15 years . Cardano musicians community manager, with strong connections the Listening Room and SoundRig having released Songs with both groups.

Paul is a full stack developer and has been working in the space for many years. He has been involved with a lot of projects and has been the go-to developer for Quintin and Theo.

We already have confirmed tests with projects at some of cardanos biggest events such as RareEvo,

We aim to run more tests at all of the other major events this year, with a larger scale deployment next year.

We plan to test our automated rewards mechanisms at all of these events at different levels, so the greater cardano community can see the results of the work we are doing and how it can benefit both projects and community members.

building this solution will be relatively complex, handling verification and tracking changes. By us building and open-sourcing the main functionalities it will enable other projects to implement the tools in their own projects, without the dev costs and time needed to build it from scratch. This will contribute to a more feature-rich ecosystem with a better UX for the average holder and more interesting projects developing in the space.
