Current dApps and DAOs often times do not offer explicit views on their Blockchain activities.
I will make it very easy and convenient to embed views on the Blockchain in the form of iFrames.
This is the total amount allocated to Blockchain Explorer iFrame service.

Project will be fully open source.

Problem
There is a lack of transparency when it comes to the visualization of Blockchain Data.
This causes uncertainty for the users of Blockchain products, who are removed from the actual transactional data. Because reading actual Transactions can be quite a daunting Task.
Approach
My Approach to this problem is using Data visualizations to make complex information more accessible, while retaining technical depth.
Engagement
My proposal will engage dApp developers, by providing them with an easy way to embed high quality visualizations of onChain data.
Impact
Data visualizations can help to understand information faster and deeper. Thus greatly improveing the usability of dApps and Cardano in general.
First of all I already built an OSS blockchain explorer, which see's some adoption.
https://www.script-explorer.com
With this proposal I will extend that explorer to improve the various view elements. Also I will make the most relevant view elements accessible independently, so they can be used in iFrames. This creates easy to use and customizeable views on the blockchain.
An other benefit is that I use Blockfrost as a data provider so dApp developers do not have use my services, but can self host without requiring complex deployment setups.
Frist of all adoption in the form of Github Stars and Forks.
Secondly usage in the form of requests on the hosted service.
Also user feed back, be it positive or negative.
The Outputs will be accessible on GitHub and hosted free to use.
If there is sufficient interest I will additionally offer a premium hosted version with server side rendering and static pre-rendering. Of course this version would also be OSS.
Feasibility:
Last year I have already built the core of an open source blockchain explorer, which is beginning to see more and more traffic. Thus I already have a deep understanding of the structure of the Cardano Blockchain. In this project I will build on this core to offer a novel and free service to the developer ecosystem. Thus the project risk is relatively low, because the core technology is already established.
I will add an API endpoint to the Script-Explorer, which will enable free iFrame embeddings of blockchain data view elements. The views will be powered by a nuxt3 based single page application.
In consequence dapps can directly embed a view on the blockchain, thus users do not have to leave the dapp to see the changes.
The progress will be measured by the amount of usage of the API endpoint as well as GitHub Stars.
My hourly rate will be 50 ⏠and I will work for 7 hours a week on this project. Thus this project will cost 7000 ⏠in total. At an Ada price of 0.25 ⏠this will be 28.000 âł. Also I round up to 30.000 âł to cover the cost of maintaining the server infrastructure.
The my hourly rate is slightly lower than the average rate of my country (Germany), because this funding will not be my primary source of income.
This project has substantial value for the Cardano ecosystem, because it addresses a lack of data visualization in dapps and it lowers the barrier to entry for developers in general.
Because dapps do not have to implement data views themselves, instead they can embed the script-explorer data views as an iFrame.
I am a solo Developer.
