People find it difficult to understand the potential of projects by reading whitepapers and websites, with unfriendly technical terms used. The terms used are very technical and not easy to access.
We will use Video interviews with the founders of the projects at Cardano, NFTs, blockchain and crypto founders, ADA Builders Web3, explaining in a friendly way the project and its features.
This is the total amount allocated to 100 Videos & Interviews with Cardano Ecosystem Projects, Founders and Builders - Keeping Up With the Cardano Show.
No
No dependencies.
Project will be fully open source.
We will do 100 video interviews with TOP projects on Cardano Blockchain.
The selection of projects will be carried out through open voting by the community, projects with the most engaged community and votes cast will be invited to participate in the interviews.
The duration of the interviews will be an average of 30 minutes, in the English language, carried out live in real time with the participation of the community through the YouTube chat.
More than 50 hours of content will be produced from interviews with projects in the Cardano ecosystem. More than 20 different categories will be covered in the First Season of the interviews including:
The videos will be published within the Videos area of the Cardano Feed portal and we will also disseminate the videos within a playlist of the Cardano Feed Youtube channel.
The interviews will be broadcast on the YouTube channel and published on various social networks such as Twitter, Telegram and Reddit, reaching more than 100,000 users.
The videos will also be published within the project page on Cardano Ecosystem, directory of over 1,200+ Cardano projects with lots of additional information.
We will use video interviews with the founders of the projects at Cardano, explaining in a friendly way the project and its features.
Our purpose will be to bring relevant content and information about the projects developed within the Cardano ecosystem in a friendly way. We will avoid taking too technical terms, bringing the solutions and applications to anyone who wants to delve deeper into the solutions presented through live video interviews.
Content curation, production of quality video interviews, a source of unbiased and factual information, freely available to users, whether or not they are in the world of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, and also to the Cardano community.
Success for this project can be defined mainly in 3 blocks:
The team will feature a journalist, blockchain and cryptocurrency content editor, videomarker and presenter. Conceived and produced by the CardanoFeed team, the largest media specialized in Cardano coverage. We already have over 1,200+ projects registered in the Cardano Ecosystem.
Our team has previously been approved in 5 projects on Catalyst and all projects were successfully completed and with a project closure report containing all proof of delivery (4 projects in Fund 8 and 1 project in Fund 9).
Our team is composed of developers, UX / UI, Marketing, SEO, Marketing, Business and we developed the largest media coverage platform Cardanofeed.com, with more than 1,000,000 monthly visits and also the largest "Cardano Ecosystem" project directory (approximately 1,200+ projects).
Our team has already organized several official Cardano events for the community, including:
We attended Cardano's global workshop on CIP-1694 Governance in person in Edinburgh UK (July, 2023).
We have some goals for the project of creating 100 videos with participants from the Cardano ecosystem and we will validate as follows:
Always keep users of the Cardano ecosystem and the general public well informed about the activities, evolutions and projects within the Cardano blockchain.
Bring greater interactivity with users, generating more engagement through the use of video content.
We will use the traffic of Youtube itself with a video channel with the playlists of the interviews.
In addition, we will include a space within the Cardano Feed, which has thousands of monthly hits to disseminate the videos of interviews to site visitors.

Detailed budget breakdown:
TOTAL: $48,800 x $0,28 ADA = ₳ 174,286
We believe that the cost of the project to keep producing 100 videos with members of the Cardano ecosystem, is low for the entire impact of the proposal across the crypto space and user ecosystem of Cardano and outside as well.
We will not have any cost for the dissemination of the videos within the Cardano Feed site, generating a lot of traffic to the videos on youtube.
We will use a lot of technology to keep the investment in the project always as optimized as possible.
We will use youtube's own algorithm to attract hits to broadcast the videos organically, with SEO tags and improving the ranking of the videos.

Marketing Assistant
Founder of an Education startup in 2021 in São Paulo from an insight that our current teaching model is not aligned with the needs that the job market needs. Since then, my main purpose has become to create, share and connect experiences and knowledge with people around the world, offering new opportunities to develop the skills they will need for the professions of the future, today.
Today, my biggest motivation comes from showing that any dream is possible and that there are no limits for those who really dream big, have their feet on the ground and take one step at a time. We are certainly only at the beginning of a great journey.
Manage workload:
We currently have a team of 7 additional collaborators working together with our core project team. We were able to distribute and organize tasks and sprints within our development roadmap. And we also have a bank of technical professionals waiting to be hired according to the increase in projects.
