Long term, we are creating a physical product that will have a proprietary OS and proprietary laser technology. This project, however relates to the creation and marketing of an NFT as part of the Funding Strategy for Coldlaser.

COLDLASER is a Research and Manufacturing group that has been set up to deliver ecologically positive AI based laser cleaning systems to both the consumer and the commercial market. For the past four years the founders have been working on a disruptive, ground-breaking platform which combines Drones, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and our unique low energy Laser technology. Our brilliant tech ecosystem will allow us to develop a suite of world changing cleaning devices.

Our objective to be the largest provider of green consumer laser cleaning products and services globally.

Our approach to fundraising for this great challenge is a step by step approach:

First we wish to launch a limited edition NFT in order to raise funds and this is the objective of this submission.

Next the funds generated by the NFT sale will be used for marketing and managing the launch of our Utility Token called RAYx in their entirety.

We intend to sell the RAYx Utility Token to raise a larger amount of funds to complete the drive towards the development, manufacture and delivery of our first Laser Cleaning product for windows.

• In order to comply with regulatory requirements, our drones will be required to record their spatial location while in flight and we have selected the Cardano Blockchain as the most appropriate platform for this development.
• Secondly, in order to safely and efficiently clean the windows of a building our drones must scan the building and generate a 3D Map of it, which will again be recorded on the Cardano Blockchain.
• Our RAYx token will provide holders with the ability to purchase our drones and our window cleaning services at a significant discount (detailed in our white paper).

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

Our project will demonstrate how such a reliable, stable, secure and ethically governed blockchain such as Cardano is ideal for Real World applications and hardware such as Coldlaser. This groundbreaking approach will demonstrate to the wider non-crypto community the true value and multitudinous uses of Cardano. Once Coldlaser's unique concept begins selling products and services into the global domestic, commercial and industrial marketplaces, the word Cardano will be on everyone's lips, and rightly so.

We need to be confident that the operating system of our cleaning Drones is as secure as possible.

We require 100% certainty that all commands executed by our Drones' operating system and all 3-D location points visited by our cleaning devices are recorded securely. 

This is the most efficient way to ensure total control at all times over what is virtually an autonomous device and thereby ensure the safety and security of any human beings, animals or structures that might enter or exist within the boundaries of the spatial area defined by the 3-D map created by the programmed location points that our devices will visit when in operation.

[IMPACT] How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

The success of our initial funding project will be quite clear. We plan to sell 100 pre-launch NFTs at the price of ADA 500 each and 900 Launch NFTs at the price of ADA 1000 each.

Once that is achieved we move to Funding Step 2 -launching and selling the RAYx Token, using ALL funds generated from the NFT Sale.

When we achieve this, we will then be in a position to fund the creation and manufacturing of the first of the planned series of products.

So as to be as transparent as possible we intend to publish the timeline and the sales numbers of NFTs in real time on our website www.coldlaser.io.

Po Keung Wong and John Whelan are the promoters and founders of Coldlaser.

John specializes in digitally driven companies and was CEO of Buy & Sell (Ireland & Northern Ireland) until it’s €28m sale in 2006. Recently he has launched an online Auction Business based in Dublin and is a founder of the Strategos Institute. He was employee no. 3 and an Executive Director of the LOOT Group which sold for Stg£195m in 1999. John writes thriller novels in his spare time.

Po Keung’s background is Computer Science, and he has worked for over 30 years at a senior level for the world's top 10 IT Technology companies and is passionate about blockchain and Web 3.0. He is regarded as an expert on areas such as cloud computing, IT architecture, business technology and enterprise infrastructure management.

Our main goal is to create, market and sell 1,000 NFT's to generate funds for the launch of our RAYx token. We cannot validate if our approach is feasible - it will be up to the market to determine that.

[RESOURCES & VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

This stage will benefit Cardano as we are extending the Ecosystem through the sale of our NFT as will the next stage, which is the launch of the RAYx Token.

The real benefit to the Cardano ecosystem will occur when we begin manufacturing and selling our products and services to the global market. The ramifications of this Real World application and utilisation of the Cardano Platform will result in massive public interest and mainstream media focus on the Cardano platform.
