Build a decentralized prediction market platform on Cardano, allowing users to speculate on future events using ADA. Examples would include events such as elections or sports outcomes.

This type of service does not currently exist in the ecosystem and would benefit everyone becuase this would provide more use cases for the blockchain. This would incresase interest in utilizing Cardano for gaming projects. The added benefits from this proposal will leverage the wisdom of the Cardano community to be able to see different odds or perceived likelyhood of events.

Success will mean delivering a working product to the community, where they can speculate on future events utilizing ADA as collateral.
