Meet with Wallet is a scheduling tool that works with your wallet and makes it 10x easier to schedule 1-1s or group calls. You can connect as many calendars as you need, set your availabilities, and then simply add your friends to a group and the tool finds the next slot when you're all available. No need for back and forth messages!

Once the meeting is scheduled, if you want, you get a calendar invite in your preferred calendar and an email too. But your email is not automatically shared with others in the meeting, so you can keep your privacy and avoid annoying salespeople spamming you later or job interview candidates having your email—privacy by default.

We're also developing a discord bot where you can type /meet and tag who you want to schedule a meeting with. Our tool takes care of the rest and automatically schedules a meeting for your next slot, saving countless hours of team coordination.

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

Cardano is an ecosystem of projects, and what they all have in common is that people need to coordinate. As we work more and more online and fluidly (across projects, timezones, and organizations), the number of hours wasted scheduling meetings has snowballed.

Our solution addresses a recurring pain point across all the (online) projects in the Cardano ecosystem, and in so doing can save thousands or even millions of hours for the ecosystem. The time saved can then be dedicated for more productive work or taking a break and living better.

This proposal will enable us to integrate Cardano-based wallets starting with Yoroi (as it works in browser and mobile) so we can give you and the whole Cardano ecosystem time to do what you love: making the world better through Web3. We'll also include ADA as a payment method, increasing its utility.

[IMPACT] Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

We'll make Meet with wallet available for the whole Cardano ecosystem and have included a comms budget to raise awareness of the project. The free version will enable any user with a Yoroi wallet (other wallets to be added later) to easily schedule meetings in a privacy-preserving way. And the premium version offers additional functionalities and allows us to maintain the product and add more functionalities over time.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

The team has experience leading products across multiple well-known Web3 projects (Aragon, zkSync, etc.) as well as previous Web2 experience. Additionally, We're part of RnDAO and benefit from the support and rigorous standards set by this community.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

We want to save time. On average, we have calculated that we can save 5-10 minutes for every 1-1 scheduled and 20 minutes (but up to 1 hour) of collective time for meetings of 4 or more. Our goal is to save at least 5,000 hours for the Cardano ecosystem before the end of the year.

We calculate the above based on previous user research on time management and will further track the number of users and the number of meetings they schedule.

[RESOURCES & VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

If the project is successful, we'll have generated 28x number of hours available than invested. Assuming 8x of those are dedicated to improving quality of life, we're still creating 20x in hours that are reinvested in Cardano as an ecosystem.

This means that for every hour made available for the Cardano ecosystem, the cost is only $3.5USD equivalent. And this is only in the first year. The project can become self-sustaining and deliver 10x these results in the following year.
