It's a tough choice, some artists opt to work part-time on their comic projects, gradually transitioning to full-time once they start seeing promising results. Others take a bold leap and quit their current job altogether. However, both paths can be arduous and time-consuming, often taking months or even years to take the first step towards their dreams. Moreover, they may face the risk of failure due to limited resources, despite having a dedicated fanbase. Unlike starting a conventional startup, early-stage artists cannot find investors because they simply want to bring their dreams to life through their artwork. Nevertheless, the emergence of blockchain technology offers numerous opportunities to nurture these dreams, and our platform is here to provide support along the way.

The need: As a new artist, all you require is a small amount of money to kickstart your first example or prototype within weeks, or even days, to demonstrate your talent.

Solution: In such circumstances, our Incentivized Staking Pools for new artists provide the ideal choice with fast and small investments from the community.

Benefit: This solution offers benefits not only to the artists themselves, as mentioned earlier, but also to the investors who stake their support for these artists. They have the opportunity to receive shared rewards from the staking pool and gifts from the artist in the future.

If anyone loves their idea, they can show their support by pre-ordering the product, thereby assisting their beloved artist and the series.

Benefit: This solution not only aids the artists, but those who purchase the product early on will also enjoy the advantage of a discounted price. Furthermore, they can potentially sell the product at a higher price or receive regular rewards in the future by staking the NFT in the series' pool.

Why it's unique: Our solution tackles one of the most significant challenges for artists in terms of sustainability and efficiency. It is especially beneficial for renowned and skilled artists who have earned high levels of trust. Moreover, it offers a low-risk alternative compared to traditional crowdfunding platforms.

The need: If you find it challenging to raise funds for your brand new project through the aforementioned features, sometimes the funding falls short of requirements or doesn't come through at all. In such cases, this feature of the platform will be of great help to you.

Solution: You might notice similarities to the Catalyst project, and indeed, this feature functions like a Catalyst project specifically designed for comic artists. We allocate a small portion of the transaction fees on our platform to a treasury, which is then reinvested in the artists. If an artist wishes to access funds from this treasury, they simply follow a process similar to the one used by proposers in the Catalyst project: proposing a proposal, community review, pitching, being approved, executing the project, and reporting back to the community.

The advantage of this process is that it is significantly shorter than the Catalyst project, with higher feasibility, as it focuses solely on the field of comics.

Benefit: This feature makes it easier to secure funds for new projects, ensures high feasibility and output, facilitates the creation of high-quality products for the market, and provides numerous financial benefits for investors in the long run.

However, most of these manga sites are free reading and making money from ads. They are generating income solely from the artists' products without compensating them.

Through our platform's features and integration with SPOs, we anticipate an increase in the number of active users on Cardano. For example, when an un-categorized user creates their first smart contract to raise funds, we count them as a new artist. If a user engages with features from all three roles, we count them in each category. 
• These metrics showcase the impact our project has on Cardano, and they are publicly visible on our website interface.

Number of new and existing wallets created through our platform:

• Each user account can link multiple pre-existing wallets or create new ones through our referral link to wallet dApps. We track the number of wallets created or added through these methods. 
• This metric demonstrates the contribution our project makes to the Cardano ecosystem.

Number of NFTs created by artists:

• Artists have the ability to create NFTs for their comics, gifts, or other items they wish to sell on our platform. We track the number of NFTs created by artists and display this information publicly on our website.

Number of pools supporting artists:

• We automatically count and publicly display the number of pools created to support activities on our platform.

The majority of the costs outlined in the proposal pertain to our actual salaries, which we and our friends and partners currently receive on a monthly basis. Once funded, we will collaborate with them. However, please refer to the provided references for certain key positions where we plan to recruit additional team members. The salary rates listed are based on our country's standards and are lower than the average rates found in regions such as Korea, the Western world, and the US.
