Catalyst faces challenges in evaluating the outcomes of funded proposals, thus leaving voters without a reliable source of information to determine which are valuable proposals and which teams do Good
Develop an application to aggregate all funded proposals from Fund1 to Fund9 and future, update monthly reports including the results of the implemented proposals and their post-completion impact
This is the total amount allocated to Measuring Funded Proposal Impacts.

Project will be fully open source.
Develop an app that lists all funded proposals from Fund1 to Fund9 and beyond (approximately 565 completed proposals). The application will provide information about monthly reports, work progress and completed tasks. At the same time, after the proposal is completed, the project will continue to be monitored to assess whether the project is continuing to develop or has stopped. Tracking metrics will include: number of followers, number of visits, number of users and number of transactions.
Next in this app, the community can log in by connecting the wallet and make comments based on the work these recommendations have published and generated. They can evaluate the products generated from the recommendations, assess the user experience it offers, and determine its value to the Cardano ecosystem.
This is an illustration of the app's user interface
Finally, users who are voters or dRep can easily track which Teams are doing well, creating the most valuable products for the Cardano ecosystem, and which recommendations are working best to continue support them in the future.
SUMMARY OF KEY FEATURES OF THE SOLUTION
End User
Why is this solution important to Cardano
If Cardano wants to grow and expand further in the future, then the Catalyst fund must be efficient. The effect here is that the funding must be used for the right purposes and produce results. To do that, voters or dRep need to know which projects they should vote for, which teams are qualified and to do so, voters and dRep need a breakdown of their votes, results of the work that teams applying for grants have created in the past to assess whether the products they create are really good, useful, and helpful to the growth of Cardano?
Therefore, a tool to track funded projects and summarize data in an intuitive, easy-to-view, easy-to-follow and evaluate way will be the fastest step forward to help the funding from the Catalyst fund go to Right person, right project needs funding.
Excerpt from Challenge request:
Products & Integrations focuses on the following areas:
Creation or improvement of different products that provide value to the Cardano community and wider ecosystem.
Integrations with other existing services, products and protocols that improve the end user experience. This could mean giving the user more options or making something easier to use that benefits the wider ecosystem.
The proposed solution focuses on creating a product that improves the end-user experience. Helping end users to vote, dRep makes it easy to make voting decisions in favor of qualifying groups, and in previous funding rounds has produced useful products for Cardano. From there, it helps to accelerate the application development process and add many new users to the Cardano ecosystem in the future.
Impact of this project on the development of Cardano
By optimizing statistical tools, data aggregation and analysis that will help voters, dRep saves a lot of time and helps them make better choices in voting on proposals. Instead of before, all votes were purely emotional and information came from one direction from the project owner, now all votes are backed by data.
This proposal will greatly improve the efficiency of Catalyst funding and help the funding go to the right audience and used for the right purposes. From there, accelerate the creation of better dApps, Marketing programs and community programs to increase new users for the Cardano ecosystem in the future.
The success of the project will be measured by the following factors:
The project required a six-month deadline to complete the product.
Starting from the seventh month, we will implement a communication strategy to promote the product to the community. The communications plan, which focuses on promoting the app to the community when Fund 11 launches, aims to educate voters on the benefits and uses of the app to aid voting decision-making. This will assist voters in making accurate and informed voting decisions, and save a lot of time.
The communication channels through which we will reach the voter community include:

The Jaguar team is comprised of experienced dApp developers from Fund8. Here is a dApp that we successfully applied for funding at Fund8 and completed it, you can see it at:

Application results generated from recommendations
(This is a Web3 model where all the community articles about Cardano are stored. There, the community can contribute and edit all the content on it so that the information on it is the most accurate. . This gives newbies a good understanding of Cardano from basic to advanced knowledge.)
With what we have done and demonstrated at the moment, we believe that it is possible to create dApps on Cardano in the future.
This project will have four main goals:
How to determine the feasibility of a goal
We'll employ Google Analytics as our primary tracking tool and will share data, such as user numbers and session durations month end via the Team's media channel. This will enable the community to monitor and evaluate our progress towards our objectives

Total budget in USD: 22,540
Total budget in ADA: 74,000 ADA
We believe that the application we create from this proposal will have a huge impact on the future development of the Cardano ecosystem for the following reasons:
Help voters make the right choice
Each ADA funded will be a brick to help the Cardano ecosystem grow. The application created from this proposal will be the bridge to help the votes become more valuable and reach the right audience.
Build quality apps
Elite teams are waiting for ADA funding from Catalyst to get funding to work and create valuable applications for the Cardano ecosystem and users. The app created from this proposal will help voters identify elite teams and support them, thereby accelerating future Cardano growth.
