The absence of practical adoption examples poses a significant challenge for the Cardano system. Developing a viable product based on real-world applications is imperative for sustained profitability.
We are set to develop a novel sports funding application for "FC Tokushima," the football team, utilizing the Cardano chain and CNFTs. The application will incorporate a robust CNFT and token system.
This is the total amount allocated to Sports Crowdfunding system attached to Funclub application based on Cardano chain. 3 out of 6 milestones are completed.

The application's universality is crucial, making it accessible to all and potentially open source. While the program code will be partially closed, we won't incorporate a complex smart contract system.
The primary development will be based on Web2 technology. However, if we collaborate with Cardano blockchain developers to integrate new smart contracts or related systems, we'll consider open-sourcing them.

◆Reasons for approaching
In recent years, NFTs and tokens have been used in various services. However, at least in Japan, few services have adopted Cardano-based NFTs and tokens. Standalone NFT projects are emerging. However, there are only not so many examples of companies with a proven track record using Cardano-based tokens and NFTs. Ethereum uses smart contracts for all token issuance, token transfer, and NFT issuance operations. On the other hand, these actions do not necessarily require smart contracts on Cardano. For companies with a proven track record, transactions do not necessarily need to have smart contracts. In fact, various tools are already provided for installing smart contracts. In addition, Milkomeda enables the wrapping of Solidity smart contracts. However, there is still need for clarification that developing with Cardano requires learning the Haskell language. The biggest problem with Cardano at the moment is the poor track record of adoption by companies. In particular, there is need to be record of adoption in systems based on Web2 technology. This trend is particularly noticeable in Japan. On the other hand, Ethereum and Polygon have already developed NFT games with the cooperation of famous companies such as Square Enix. Because of these reasons, Ethereum is the most significant pioneer in smart contract systems, and the analysis that most of the current Web3 engineers are based on Solidity sounds plausible at first glance. However, it would only be possible for this theory to explain the rapid growth of Solana and Polkadot-based Aster networks, whose market capitalization is significantly lower than Cardano's.
One of the reasons for this is that there are no pioneers, so how should we develop the system? Also, should it be monetized? I analyzed it because I didn't know. I analyzed it because I didn'tdon't know. This is also a severe need for greater understanding of Cardano. For example, within the exchange, we have built our own system for token transfer operations. However, not all blockchain token transfers work with these auto-smart contracts. If you only operate with smart contracts, you will not be able to handle currencies that do not have smart contracts. Also, even if these systems are running, it is a great stress for developers that they cannot make detailed modifications to the original language in the debug state. Due to this situation, there are few examples of smart contracts even on GitHub, and the only information that exists is some trading systems and DeX programs, making development a very high hurdle for newcomers.
◆Our Solution
◆Project end-users aim
◆Project demonstrate outcomes
◆The uniqueness of this solution
◆Why this is important to Cardano
Efforts to gradually improve this situation by disclosing information are necessary. The partner project proposed to publish Cardano information crypto magazine from the Japan popular publisher (Futabasha).
https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/100450
However, this is more is need to encourage using Cardano. Our proposal is that, if a company that already has high capabilities as a Web2 company develops a system based on Cardano and advertises it as a successful example, Cardano also become a research target for competitors.
And cooperation with the community is very important for the success of the project. It makes a lot of sense to create an example of a Cardano-based Web3 deployment. The developer, Cloud Ace, has offices in 10 countries around the world. This system development will also be carried out at Cloud Ace's Vietnam branch office. Therefore, this project can be appealed as an example of adoption not only in Japan but also in a wide range of countries.
In addition to these technical advantages, the project emphasizes that it is not a plan to start a new soccer team, but to create an application for an existing soccer team. Naturally, if this project is adopted, the soccer team and application development will be activated. However, the soccer team will continue to exist even if it is not adopted, and application development will proceed on a certain scale. Therefore, by adopting this proposal, we will be able to implement the plan immediately. In the future, we plan to provide it as a solution for multiple soccer teams, so if this trend accelerates, we will actively appeal to the sports world, which has not been popularized by Web3 companies, and provide a track record of adoption.
◆This Proposal targets the goal of the Challenge
◆Impact of our proposal on the Cardano ecosystem
◆The value our proposal brings to the Cardano ecosystem
The benefits for Cardano from our project can be expressed by three viewpoints.
1
This project can revitalize regional revitalization, which is very important for the social implementation of Cardano. Such kind of good image is quite crucial in approaching traditional and large companies.
We have to recognize that traditional companies sometimes consider that blockchain itself is not accurate technology even though Bitcoin is a worldwide system. Moreover, Cardano's image is sometimes damaged by crypto media. We have to provide a counter-image for these FUDs.
Revitalizing regional areas through this project is crucial for successfully implementing Cardano and gaining acceptance from traditional and large companies. It is essential to address their skepticism towards blockchain technology, despite the global presence of Bitcoin, and counter any negative perceptions of Cardano caused by crypto media. Establishing a positive image becomes essential in approaching these companies and dispelling doubts or misconceptions.
2
The product of the project will be applied to a football club. This is the most popular sport in the world. The presence of Cardano in there will be powerful marketing to the crowd.
3
The other benefit of this project is to provide leading cloud development companies with experience in developing Web3 systems using Cardano. This will be important for the future Cardano adoption strategy. The company “Cloud Ace” is gradually growing and has exceptionally high skills. The Cardano entrance from Web2-based companies is quite important and necessary for the Cardano adoption.
Quantitative/qualitative indicators to measure project success
Since our project will release the application, which can be confirmed on the Google Store or other similar platforms, measuring the success is evident.
Impact on Cardano's productivity and growth in the short term
Impact on Cardano's productivity and growth in the long term
◆Plan to disseminate project outputs
◆How to share output/results when project completion
◆Directions for using the results obtained from the project for further research and development activities
The application product developed by our project will be used by FC Tokushima supporters. The total download number will be measured by download cite.
Also the total funding result will be informed on the Fortua or FC Tokushima homepage.
Of course, the member of RANKET will be attending most of “Eastern Town Hall meeting”. If we get the result, RANKET will inform the latest results. We again emphasize that this project is based on the football team, which started in 2016. Collaboration with a long-life organization is essential for Cardano.
