This proposal aims to bridge the gap between the increasing number of projects on Cardano and the limited number of service providers capable of layering images, and more specifically videos. 

This new tool will introduce an easy-to-use UI for layering of user, and project images and videos. Users will be able to simply build, edit, and update their images and/or videos for their collection through an intuitive UI.

Every project built on Cardano experiences a similar set of problems. Projects are often not capable of writing their own scripts for such specific use-cases, or in many cases, projects cannot afford high-quality services as DIY options are few and far between, and lack features. Anvil’s solution addresses these problems, while optimizing towards efficiency. Anvil’s solutions have shown to be 60%-90% cheaper than existing solutions, and up to 90% faster than current render farms, while being more user friendly. 

Anvil's solution paves the way for founders and creators by addressing the developer bottleneck and providing a user-friendly layering tool. This tool allows founders, creatives, and project owners to focus their energy on growing their project, community, and overall presence on Cardano. This will accelerate innovation within the Cardano NFT ecosystem and ease the development process associated with Cardano NFTs. The proposed solution aligns with Cardano's goal of becoming the leading blockchain for NFT projects and collections.

Our long term goal is to create a platform that is highly cost efficient, while still generating enough revenue to maintain and continue development. There will be a cost associated with each asset generated through the platform, which will be implemented at platform launch. Our goal is to create something affordable and efficient for the Cardano Community.

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

Currently, there are limited options for layering NFTs, not to mention the complexity around the layering process. This will be a Cardano tool, accepting Cardano as payment for services, but these tools will not exclude users from outside of the ecosystem – ideally providing new users an entry point into the Cardano environment. This tool will also save users time and energy, to focus on the things that matter more to the growth of their own projects. Additionally, it will build bridges between Cardano and other ecosystems, as the tool is completely chain agnostic!

Outputs and results from this project are easy to demonstrate – at the end we will have a fully functional, feature-rich, easy to use tool for all of Cardano (and beyond). We feel it is extremely important to keep supporters in the loop when it comes to progress, and intend to provide bi-weekly updates via email, Twitter, and Discord. We also intent to leverage blog posts, GitHub updates and Cardano developer library publications. 

Ultimately, our goal is to share the outputs and results of our project in a transparent and accessible manner. By effectively communicating our progress, collaborating with partners, and actively engaging the community, we will ensure that our project's outcomes reach a broad audience and contribute to the overall development of the Cardano ecosystem.

Anvil Development Agency is a 15-person, international team that is deeply embedded within the Cardano community. Our developers have more than 25 years of combined experience in software development and programming.

Anvil has a proven track record of delivering high quality, and easy-to-use blockchain products since the inception of smart contracts on Cardano. Our team has earned the reputation of being credible, reliable, and delivering on quality. 

Our products have been used by tens of thousands of individual users, and we have continually improved upon them by taking feedback seriously. The current assortment of user-friendly products such as minting, staking, and exchanges demonstrate the ability of Anvil to execute on this plan in a professional and timely manner.

The main goal is to reduce the amount of time it takes to generate an image or video, while also providing an easy to digest UI/UX exeprience. We will validate our feasibility on usership and assets generated.

Our goal would be to have over 1000 users, generate over 100,000 images/videos, and save users time by tracking the average time it takes to create a video compared to other avenues.

[RESOURCES & VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

Users of the platform would save time on a mundane task, that has to happen in 100% of projects, allowing them to focus on innovation and community building, driving all of Cardano forward. The costs are simply to cover the time it would take to build the platform. We fully intend to monetize it to continue to grow and improve on what we create. The goal of the tool would be a cheap, effective way for people to layer Images and Video, which could easily be applied outside of the crypto space.
