The Explorer/Statistics Portal I will create uses the data from the "Stakepool Uptime Monitoring and Health-Check Portal" ( https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/107719 ) in real-time.

This data will be of high value equally for SPOs as for Delegators and Investors!

If you see what is really going on with the Pool you are delegating to close to real-time then you can make better decisions on how to invest your money and/or which Pool you want to support.

EXAMPLE: You are delegated to a stakepool, and get rewards. Great! What if you would be able to see that the Pool is offline and/or not working correctly 25 days per year? Then you know that you get rewards, but if the pool would run correctly then you would get much more rewards.

The Portal will not only show you which Pools are not running correctly, but it will also show you which Pools run correctly, which SPOs really take care of their Stakepools, and which do not.

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

It will provide some insight into which stakepools run correctly and which do not. Therefore it will extremely improve the transparency of stakepools and will be a great tool for delegators to bet on the "right horse" and improve their rewards. It also will show SPOs how well they perform compared to other stakepools and create an incentivization to improve.

[IMPACT] How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

With this Portal, the Cardano Ecosystem will have some close to real-time numbers on what is really going on. If people know what is happening in close to real-time they can make better decisions.

SPOs as well as Delegators/Investors.

The Portal will go live very shortly after the funding and SPOs/Delegators/Investors will be already enabled to make better decisions by using the open beta data.

Too many rewards are lost and a lot of stakepools do not run correctly. The "value for money" of this project and how our EcoSystem will benefit from it is obvious: It enables all to make better decisions and earn more staking-rewards and/or can improve the stakepool's overall performance.
