Many Japanese are not good at reading English documents or communicating in English.

Since its inception in August 2020, this community has provided opportunities for Japanese to become SPOs and has created more than 100 SPOs.

We are using the funds raised through Fund6 to create Japanese-language documentation of stake pool construction procedures and operational procedures, and are constantly updating it to provide Japanese people with the opportunity to become SPOs.

In the discord community, questions can always be asked in Japanese, allowing even beginners to become SPOs while improving their skills.

In addition, by building a community, engineers and non-engineers can gather and share knowledge with each other, and smooth cooperation between SPOs is useful for sharing information such as network failures.

We will continue to nurture new SPOs, promote decentralization, and share the latest in protocol new technology with existing SPOs.

We always collect and translate the latest protocol technical information and explain technical terms in a generally easy-to-understand manner.

By providing all information in Japanese, we will provide opportunities for Japanese people to become SPOs.

There are currently 210 community members, of which 110 are SPOs.

In this community, there are many non-engineers who have a wide range of occupational experiences such as magazine editors, tax accountants, architects, sales, and students.

By having a diverse SPO, we can expand the Cardano community by promoting decentralization and increasing the number of information senders who spread the goodness of Cardano in Japanese.

In addition, we will support the stake pool operation side by sharing the latest technical information with the existing 110 SPOs and increase the stability and reliability of the blockchain.
