The way I see the problem I'm dealing with is by understanding the lack of a supportive and trustworthy learning community for students. I've noticed that many students are having a hard time connecting with each other, finding the right study material, and getting personalized support in the learning process. This can reduce the ability to learn effectively and affect the personal development of students.
I believe discord is a great tool for building a strong learning community, which can be of great benefit to students. Through networking, knowledge sharing and through workshops and mentoring sessions, students can improve their learning and develop their knowledge about the cardano blockchain platform.
My project will aim to engage students who are learning about blockchain as well as web3. I want to create an open environment where students can interact, learn and support each other. At the same time, industry experts are involved, to create a network of diverse and experienced learning communities.
To demonstrate the impact of the project, I will conduct assessments and collect data. I will conduct surveys and interviews with community members to measure their participation, satisfaction, and perception of the project's impact on their learning. I will also monitor student learning progress and performance through metrics, reports and feedback to gauge project impact.
I will also consider feedback and comments from community members to refine and improve the project over time. Through monitoring and impact assessment, I hope to demonstrate that my project contributes to building a supportive and active learning community for students.

Promoting Open Source:
The outcome of this project, including the documentation, instructional videos, quizzes, build-intemplates, and contributions from learners, will be shared back with the community under an open-source policy with the aim of supporting sustainable community development.
Building sustainable ecosystem:
The project will provide video and textual instructions for blockchain enthusiasts to be able to write their own Smart Contracts based on their ideas, thereby increasing adoption and the number of people who understand and can work on the project -> lead to more sustainable development of the ecosystem
Contributing to Growth of Community:
The distribution of comprehensive instructional materials, live-coding sessions, and examples will motivate community members to improve their knowledge, increasing their chances of having a commercially-viable marketplace, and elevating the perceived reputability of the community.
With the aforementioned features, we are confident that we can build a community-owned open-source ecosystem that is commercially viable, driving growth, creating more opportunities, and increasing project visibility for the entire Cardano community.
To measure the success of the project, I will use several metrics and evaluation methods to measure the impact of the project on the Cardano ecosystem. Here are some methods that I will use and why they are reliable in my opinion:
Community Growth: I will measure the number of members participating in an online learning community and the interaction between members. A significant increase in the number of members and interactions will indicate the attractiveness and positive impact of the project.
Feedback from users: I will collect feedback from community members to evaluate the level of satisfaction and benefits that the project brings to them. This feedback can be gathered through surveys, interviews, or online comments and reviews. From there, I can measure the success of the project based on the positive response from users.
Personal Learning Progress: I will track and evaluate students' individual learning progress through metrics such as task completion rates, academic performance assessments, and personal progress. This will help me measure the impact of the project on students' academic performance and personal growth.
Enhancing Community: By building an online learning community for students, my project will create an environment of connection and exchange among members of the Cardano community. This will enhance interaction and collaboration among members, creating a strong and united community.

Additionally, There are 4 students who have experience working on and developing the Cardano blockchain. They have programming experience with languages such as Haskell, Plutus, Asp.net, Golang, NodeJs, Python, PHP, Java , etc. They also have experience participating in research projects to build applications on the Cardano blockchain platform.
