[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.
The existing obstacles:
Marlowe is a specialized language (DSL) and a collection of tools designed for creating and executing smart contracts. It is user-friendly, eliminating the need for users to possess programming knowledge or grasp the technical intricacies of a DSL. However, there is a lack of comprehensive learning resources and instructional guidance for newcomers.
Our solution:
We will create instructional videos and explain examples of using Marlowe to build smart contracts. We will provide different levels of understanding for learners, including:
- Level 1: No knowledge of smart contracts
- Level 2: Some knowledge of smart contracts but unsure how to use them
The instructional content will be presented through concise and well-structured videos, complemented by accompanying documents and exercises. We will analyze pre-built templates, provide examples in a gallery, and host weekly live coding sessions to provide support and guidance to learners.
The reasons for approaching:
- Education as a priority: The Cardano Foundation has set Operation Resilience, Education, and Adoption as the primary focus areas for 2023. We firmly believe that by excelling in education, we can pave the way for successful Operation Resilience and Adoption. Therefore, we have chosen to prioritize education within our community.
- Simplifying smart contract creation: Through our experience working with the startup community, we have observed that the complexity of technology often hampers creativity. Marlowe, our solution, provides a toolset that allows people to create smart contracts without requiring programming knowledge. However, the lack of instructional resources presents challenges for new users. To address this, we will provide instructional videos and practical examples of using Marlowe, making it easier for learners to access and utilize the platform effectively.
By focusing on education and simplifying the smart contract creation process, we aim to empower individuals, especially non-coders, to embrace and utilize Marlowe, thus fostering its widespread adoption.
[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?
Our proposed solution addresses the challenge by:
- Encouraging Open Source: the project's outcomes, including documentation, instructional videos, quizzes, build templates, and contributions from learners, will be openly shared under an open-source policy. This promotes sustainable community development within the Cardano ecosystem.
- Making an endurable ecosystem: the project offers video and textual instructions for enthusiasts to create their own Smart Contracts, boosting adoption and expanding the pool of skilled contributors. This drives sustainable ecosystem development by increasing understanding and engagement with the project.
- Contributing to the Growth of the Community: the distribution of extensive instructional resources, live-coding sessions, and practical examples inspires community members to enhance their knowledge, thereby increasing their potential for creating a commercially-successful marketplace and elevating the community's reputation.
With these features, we aim to build a commercially possible, community-owned open-source ecosystem that drives growth, creates opportunities, and increases project visibility for the Cardano community.
[IMPACT] How do you intend to measure the success of your project?
We are using the following metrics to measure the success of the rehashed solution:
Development of Community
- The development of conversation parties on Telegram.
- The quantity of quality documents and videos shared with the community will be measured.
- Feedback from users will be collected and analyzed.
Enhance the knowledge in the community
- The numeral of people joining and finishing the courses.
- The industry in which the learner is working.
[IMPACT] Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?
To ensure the widespread dissemination of our project's outputs and results, we have developed the following plans:
- Project Reports and Milestones: We will create project reports, including Statements of Milestones (SoM), which will undergo a thorough review and approval process by Community Reviewers. These reports will provide transparent evidence of achievements and progress throughout the project.
- Public Updates on Website: We will regularly update our website at cardano2vn.io, where interested individuals can proactively access our outputs and results. This platform will also serve as a space for discussions and queries on various topics related to our project.
- Sharing on Online Platforms: Our outputs and results will be shared on various online platforms such as the Cardano Forum, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, YouTube, and GitHub. Through these channels, we aim to reach a broader audience, gather feedback, and encourage community engagement in decentralized identity adoption.
- Comprehensive Project Report: We will compile a comprehensive report summarizing key findings, achievements, and lessons learned from the project. This report will be shared with stakeholders, including university faculty, industry partners, and the wider community, providing insights and valuable information for future initiatives.
By implementing these plans, we aim to ensure transparency, encourage community participation, and facilitate knowledge exchange surrounding our project's outputs and results.
[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?
Expertise and Experience: Our team includes a highly experienced instructor who specializes in the Blockchain field. They have a proven track record of successfully securing funding in multiple rounds, including fund phases 6, 7, and 8. Additionally, we have three talented students who possess practical expertise in working with and developing the Cardano blockchain. Their programming skills encompass a wide range of languages, such as Haskell, Plutus, Python, PHP, Java, and more. These students have actively contributed to research projects centered around building applications on the Cardano blockchain platform.

Ensuring Accountability:
- Tracking Progress: We will closely monitor and evaluate the project's progress using clear metrics and indicators. This allows us to hold ourselves accountable for achieving the desired outcomes.
- Transparent Communication: We prioritize open and honest communication with all stakeholders. We will provide regular updates, share project plans, and report on outcomes, ensuring that everyone is well-informed and actively involved.
By upholding these principles of accountability and transparency, we build trust and confidence in our project's implementation. Throughout the project lifecycle, we are committed to being reliable, transparent, and accountable to all stakeholders involved.
[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

[RESOURCES & VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?
The cost of the project represents excellent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem. By investing resources in providing educational sessions for Vietnamese students, the project offers several benefits. Firstly, it promotes accessible education, allowing students to learn about blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies. This knowledge can contribute to increased awareness and adoption of Cardano in Vietnam, expanding the ecosystem's reach and potential user base.
Additionally, the project's cost is justified by its potential impact. With a budget of 15,000 ADA, the project can reach a significant number of students over a 24-week period. This extensive reach ensures that a large audience can benefit from the educational sessions, leading to a broader understanding of Cardano and its applications.
