Adastack.io is a huge library of Cardano tools and resources. The site is comprehensive, community-focused, SEO-friendly, and fast. Find dApps, sidechains, L2s, metrics, governance, dev tools & more.

Adastack.io is the ultimate open-source guide to the Cardano ecosystem. The goal is to be community-driven portal where we can map Cardano as it grows and highlight the wide variety of tools, resources, and decentralized applications (dApps).

• Comprehensive Coverage: When complete, Adastack will feature 130+ pages of resources. Already, the site has 20+ live pages including the largest collection of Cardano YouTube Channels, Code Libraries, and development companies. 

• Intelligent Organization: The site's navigation is comprised of 14 categories that encompass the the entire Cardano landscape. It is designed with a flexible structure so it can adapt to future growth. See the categories here.

• Open Source: At its core, Adastack.io embodies the spirit of open-source collaboration. Licensed under MIT, the platform actively encourages community contributions. Each page features an "Edit this page" button, allowing users to easily suggest improvements and shape the platform's evolution.

• Lightning-Fast: The site is built with fast web frameworks (React, Next.js) and a popular documentation theme called Nextra that's used by top projects like GraphQL, and Cardano favorites including Aiken and Demeter. Search is pre-indexed to provide real-time results.

• SEO-Optimized: Every page will have customized meta-titles, meta-descriptions, and open graph tags. This helps ensure optimal appearance in search results and on social media platforms.

Adastack will serve as a comprehensive, centralized hub for Cardano resources, enhancing knowledge sharing within the ecosystem. This should in turn help to accelerate ecosystem growth and adoption.

This project will drive positive impact for all experience levels:

• Newcomers: Beginners will find a structured path to understanding blockchain technology and Cardano's unique features through our "Intro to Cardano" guides. 
• Existing users: Current Cardano enthusiasts can discover new dApps and tools, encouraging broader participation in the ecosystem and uncovering lesser-known projects.
• Builders and Entrepreneurs: By showcasing the entire ecosystem, it makes it easier to identify market gaps.

Background and capability: 

I am a front-end website developer with 7+ years experience creating websites for various business clients. To achieve client goals I am deeply familiar with the full website building process, from idea to web design, development, launch, and SEO. This experience makes me well-suited to build adastack because these are the skills required to complete this project.

• Was a featured guest speaker on an X Space with Emurgo Academy.
• Attended multiple Cardano conferences.
• Redesigned the website for EpochSec, a respected security analyst in Cardano.
• Built small apps using Cardano developer tools and libraries.
• Engage frequently on X, Discord, and other channels.

To validate this project idea I built the adastack.io website. Even though the website is not finished, it gives a good idea of the approach I am taking. The live site has already received various positive responses:

• Multiple programmers besides myself have made substantive code contributions on the project's GitHub.
• We've received messages from projects that want to use Adastack's data in their own projects (maybe in the future we can add an API).
• We've received a very positive community response on X, where people have commented things like "Going to make onboarding easy 👏" and "Omg cool!!!" on the adastack X page.

Full Site Launch (6 months)

Tucker is qualified to complete these task due to his experience as a contract front-end web developer. He has successfully built, launched, and managed various websites for clients. He also has expertise with UI/UX design, SEO, and open-source.

He has been deeply immersed the Cardano ecosystem since 2021 and has broad knowledge of the projects and builders in the space.

• Existing community members can expand their understanding of the ecosystem, saving significant time and effort.
• Investors can easily access project information, streamlining due diligence.
• Developers can quickly find tools, code libraries, and documentation.

Support Cardano's Broader Goals

• Builds Cardano's SEO standing, especially for niche Cardano searches.
• Improves Cardano results AI assistants like ChatGPT.

A lot of work is already complete

Finally, a lot of work has already been completed for this project that I am not seeking compensation for. These essentially add to the project's value without increasing the cost. These items are already complete: 

• The website has been launched at adastack.io.
• 850+ contributions have been made to the site, including multiple commits from outside contributors.
• 130+ pages have been added to the site's navigation, and content has been added for 20+ so far.
• The logo has been designed and added to the site.
• Twitter/X has been created and we post regularly on it.
• Reddit has been created and we post regularly on it.
• Contact email address is set up: contact@adastack.io.
• An adastack wallet has been created (any contributions there would go to supporting the project).
• Custom artwork has been created by Cardano artist Rasendreya to be used for promo sticker/t-shirts.
• Hundreds of Cardano resources have been collected and categorized in preparation to review and add to the site.

For these reasons I believe the project offers significant value for money.
