The difficult reality that not only Cardano but the entire Blockchain industry faces is:

• Blockchain is a new and confusing technology, causing many difficulties and challenges for new participants. There is a need for a practical solution to help them learn and participate in the blockchain ecosystem in an easy and fun way.

• Some difficulties and challenges for newcomers to blockchain are: complex concepts, lack of Vietnamese text, rapid changes. Takes time to search for official documents. To overcome these difficulties, they need to have a high spirit of learning, research, testing and take advantage of support sources such as communities, forums, courses and websites specializing in blockchain.

From the above difficulties, we see that the consequences of slow access to knowledge, wrong sources, and language barriers about blockchain for new users are:

1. Not knowledgeable enough to seize the opportunity with the Blockchain wave: New users may not know the potential and benefits of blockchain. Fall behind and lose good opportunities for your future.
2. Investment risks: New users may not understand the risks and challenges of blockchain, such as fluctuations in value, complexity of technology, lack of transparency of some projects , etc. They may experience fraud, loss or legal problems.
3. The major disadvantage of the Blockchain industry is that the majority do not have enough knowledge, skills or resources to participate in blockchain community activities such as voting, proposing, rewarding

Project Cardano_Wikichatbot: will be an important tool to increase community engagement and understanding. It not only provides accurate and timely information but also helps resolve questions and problems members may have.

 Chatbot success can be measured by the number of questions answered per day, the rate of positive feedback from users, and the increase in the number of community members. This is an open encyclopedia, promising to attract many users into the ecosystem and explode in the number of users in the Voltaire era.

Old bots that the community has used and experienced. The goal of the pro version of Chatbot is: faster, more convenient, more accurate, the more convenient it is, the more users it can reach. Answer questions more diversely and flexibly. Serves more uses than the old version.

We are the team that provides translation data and big data for Chatbot Cardano (reference image below).

It can be understood that CARDANOwiki_bot is a product inspired by the FimiQA chatbot, it can be understood that it will be a more pro version. We make every effort to ensure professionalism, quality content and smooth usage. Please refer to it to visualize what the CARDANOwiki_bot product will look like when put into practice.

• Personnel implementing the project are technology engineers from Vietnam's leading technology university - FPT. Have experience implementing projects with high technical requirements.
