Powerful platform directory with complete & transparent information of DReps Cardano, background, professional roles, track record, personal interests bringing greater governance to the ADA community.
No dependencies.
Project will be fully open source.
We want to create a unified platform for users of the Cardano community to access public and detailed CIP-1694 DReps information, with a personalized and user-friendly area, providing content, news and all voting history representing your delegators.
We believe that transparency will bring a lot of credibility, strength and alignment with the decision making of the CIP-1694 Decentralized Representatives (DReps). With a collaborative platform, community users will be able to do in-depth research on their representatives, regarding their positioning, thinking model and how actions are taken.
The Governance Platform requires careful planning and consideration of various aspects such as data aggregation, user interface design, Cardano community engagement, and data security. Here's a detailed solution breakdown:
Data Aggregation and Transparency: Collect comprehensive information about CIP-1694 Decentralized Representatives (DReps) from various sources, including official announcements, community forums, and direct submissions from DReps themselves. Provide transparency by displaying each DRep's background, professional roles, track record in the Cardano community, personal interests, and any other relevant information.
User Interface Design: Design a user-friendly interface that allows users to easily navigate through the platform and access the desired information. Implement filters and search functionality to help users find specific DReps or information categories quickly. Create personalized user areas where users can track their delegations, view voting history, and receive customized content based on their preferences.
Content and News Integration: Integrate a news feed or blog section to provide users with updates on the latest developments in the Cardano ecosystem, including project updates, community events, and governance proposals.
Voting History and Governance Transparency: Implement a voting history feature that tracks and displays all votes cast by each DRep, including details such as the proposal name, vote outcome, and reasoning behind the vote. Provide tools for users to analyze voting patterns and trends among DReps, fostering transparency and accountability within the community. Encourage DReps to provide explanations for their votes and engage with users through comments or forums to facilitate dialogue and understanding.
Community Engagement and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where users can contribute feedback, suggestions, and additional information about DReps to enhance the platform's accuracy and usefulness. Organize community events to promote interaction between users, DReps, and other stakeholders in the Cardano ecosystem. Partner with existing Cardano community initiatives and organizations to leverage their expertise, resources, and networks in promoting the platform and driving adoption.
Data Security and Privacy: Implement robust security measures to protect user data, including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Comply with relevant data privacy regulations and standards to ensure user privacy and confidentiality.
Our main objectives for the project and how we will validate will be achieved:
Features and Profile Page:
Measure Progress:
We will give the community some sort of progress report as we go along, in the form of a monthly news release on Cardano Feed, to measure the progress of our proposal.
We will also provide a panel to be disseminated within Cardano Feed, with the evolution of the project according to the Catalyst KPIs.
We attended Cardano's global workshop on CIP-1694 Governance in person in Edinburgh UK (July 2023).

Marketing Assistant
Founder of an Education startup in 2021 in São Paulo from an insight that our current teaching model is not aligned with the needs that the job market needs. Since then, my main purpose has become to create, share and connect experiences and knowledge with people around the world, offering new opportunities to develop the skills they will need for the professions of the future, today.
Today, my biggest motivation comes from showing that any dream is possible and that there are no limits for those who really dream big, have their feet on the ground and take one step at a time. We are certainly only at the beginning of a great journey.

We believe that the value of the project is very affordable to be implemented in the Cardano ecosystem community, a platform DReps Transparency, Community Governance & Directory Site.
By providing a comprehensive directory of CIP-1694 DReps and their voting history, the platform enhances transparency within the Cardano ecosystem. This transparency fosters trust among users and investors, ultimately contributing to the ecosystem's long-term success.
The platform facilitates informed decision-making by enabling users to access detailed information about DReps, including their backgrounds, professional roles, and voting patterns. This promotes more effective governance within the Cardano community, leading to better outcomes for protocol upgrades, funding proposals, and other critical decisions.
The cost of the project represents value for money for the Cardano ecosystem by fostering transparency, improving governance, enhancing community engagement, mitigating risks, and ensuring long-term sustainability. By investing in such initiatives, the Cardano community can build a stronger and more resilient ecosystem that benefits all stakeholders.
