The wasted potential users and developers that exist in the growing crypto and web3 market in LATAM and ARGENTINA that through outreach and effective communication could enter the CARDANO ecosystem
This is the total amount allocated to ADA DAY - Buenos Aires: Exploring the Cardano Ecosystem in Argentina and LATAM.
This project is presented by the Argentine Blockchain Foundation, an organization created to spread awarenes and promote the usage of blockchain technology in the country, in conjunction with Cultura C3, one of the largest communities in Argentina of young crypto and Web 3 enthusiasts.
Both groups have extensive experience in organizing and events with significant impact in the tech / web3 industry.
The Argentine Blockchain Foundation, in 2023, organized a 7 hour long, 3 panel seminar, with 8 total speakers, and an attendance of over 250 individuals.
Cultura C3 created and organized Cryptovendimia, an unprecedented industry event that merges wine and innovative technology. An event that was exceptionally well received by both the more traditional wine production industry, and the forward looking Crypto Industry. With an attendance of over 400 people it proves that their team is capable of thinking outside of the box, and developing the highest quality industry defining events.
We will hold a one day Massive event for Cardano potential users and enthusiasts with speakers presenting the benefits of this ecosystem, boosting the creation of new wallets and developer onboarding

Cardano Day Buenos Aires: Exploring the Cardano Ecosystem in Argentina and LATAM
The goal of this seminar is to unveil and expand knowledge on the most prominent projects using the Cardano blockchain in Argentina and Latin America. Targeted at both developers and blockchain enthusiasts, the event will provide a platform for exploring successful use cases and discussing future applications of this technology in the region.
The event will take place over a full day, including at least six panels with leading experts from the Cardano ecosystem, who will discuss everything from technical innovations to strategies for driving blockchain adoption. Additionally, there will be opportunities for attendees to interact with the experts through question and answer sessions, thus enriching the learning and discussion experience.
Attendance of between 100 and 150 is expected, with the option to participate in person or via live broadcasts, allowing for global reach. All sessions will be recorded and later shared on social media, ensuring that the content remains accessible long-term and to a wider audience.
With this event, we aim to strengthen the Cardano community in Latin America, celebrate its achievements, and foster a deeper understanding of the potential applications of blockchain technology, highlighting its impact and the opportunities it offers for regional development.

Our goal is that, following our event, an increasing number of people will become interested in the use of blockchain in general and Cardano in particular, both in Argentina and in the region. We aspire to organize a high-quality event that will be useful for Cardano developers, enabling them to present their projects to the public and, through this seminar, increase the user base and interest in this technology.
Our capability to successfully execute this project with high confidence and accountability stems from the extensive expertise and robust professional backgrounds of our team members and supporting institutions. They boast a distinguished track record of managing and implementing successful initiatives aimed at fostering blockchain-oriented communities and projects.
Community Engagement:
We are deeply committed to nurturing transparent, diverse, and inclusive communities within the blockchain realm. This commitment is demonstrated through our active and strategic organization of numerous industry-related events, workshops, and conferences. These gatherings are critical in advancing education and engagement within the blockchain space.
Metrics and Impact Measurement:
To effectively measure our progress and the impact of our efforts, we will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other vital metrics throughout the project. Metrics such as event attendance, participant engagement, social media outreach, and the integration of new developers into the community will be periodically reviewed and reported. This will enable us to assess and enhance the project's effectiveness continuously.
Milestone 1: Organization and Promotion (Months 1-2)
Objective:
The initial focus of the project will be to secure the venue and date of the event, design and generate high-quality promotional content, and confirm the participation of key speakers and exhibitors.
Acceptance:
Once the event venue reservation is confirmed and the exhibitors are appropriately contacted, we will begin active promotion on social media. Additionally, we will prepare the initial drafts of educational content, establish final schedules, and confirm the speakers.
Milestone 2: Seminar Execution in Buenos Aires (Month 3)
Objective:
To carry out the seminar in Buenos Aires, providing a full day of conferences and panels with prominent speakers and showcasing the most relevant Cardano projects in LATAM.
Acceptance:
Our goal is to achieve an attendance of between 100 and 150 people, ensuring a enriching and high-quality experience for all participants, while guaranteeing wide visibility for the projects involved.
Milestone 3: Dissemination of Audiovisual Material on Social Media (Month 4)
Objective:
Edit and distribute the audiovisual material captured during the seminar, maximizing the resonance and reach of the showcased projects.
Acceptance:
Publication of the audiovisual material on appropriate social platforms and distribution of copies to the exhibitors, who will also have the opportunity to use this material to independently promote their projects.
The milestones outlined serve as a clear roadmap for executing the project in Argentina and establish criteria for assessing its success. Accomplishing each of these milestones will showcase our capacity to execute the project according to plan, thereby advancing the growth of the Cardano community within the LATAM
