Launching Frenchies' Marketing Bounty Challenges to offer workshops and resources, enhancing our community of over 100 creators’ ability to promote Cardano.

While content produced by club members for the bounty challenges will be shared publicly to promote the Cardano ecosystem, the workshops themselves will remain exclusive to club members, preserving the value and exclusivity of membership. Additionally, the rights to the materials used, the creative content, and the final productions will be retained exclusively by our organization. This approach not only ensures control over the quality and consistency of the promotional materials but also protects the proprietary creative assets developed specifically for these campaigns.
Frenchies' Marketing Bounty Challenges is an initiative designed to enhance the marketing capabilities of over 100 creators within the Cardano ecosystem. This initiative conducts specialized workshops to equip creators with the skills and resources needed to effectively promote Cardano, particularly at non-Cardano related events.

We integrate structured learning with hands-on challenges, encouraging participants to apply their new skills in real-world scenarios, such as creating a promotional video at major live events. This method ensures that learning translates directly into practical output, enhancing both the creator's portfolio and Cardano's visibility.

2. Qualitative Feedback: Success will also be evaluated through feedback from participants and viewers. Success stories of creators and testimonials will be collected to measure the educational impact.

Our team comprises experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds and skills, each contributing to different aspects of the project.
Project Lead: Natalia Rosa, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Film, brings over a decade of experience working, directing and supervising production departments for various film, television, and multimedia promotional campaigns. She has worked on award-winning projects and with renowned artists. Natalia will leverage her expertise in project management and multimedia production for AdaLink.
Project Lead and Community Manager: Gisela Rosa is the co-founder of Blockverse Media, Inc., a company that develops various crypto products, including AdaLink and La Cryptoría. Since epoch 259, she has been a strong supporter of multiple projects built on Cardano, consistently promoting Cardano's values within the community.
Known as Arcella on CT, Gisela is not only a professional musician with over 10 years of experience but also an educator who has collaborated with world-renowned and emerging artists. Her profound understanding of the Cardano ecosystem enables us to cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment. With her guidance, AdaLink can become a platform that truly comprehends and serves the needs of the Cardano community.
Art Director: Carlos Miranda is a VFX and Motion Graphics Artist with over a decade of experience in the industry. His creative expertise has contributed to promotional campaigns of major brands such as NBA, MLB, Honda, Miss Universe and many others.
As the talented designer behind Frenchies by AdaLink and our Art Director, Carlos brings a unique vision and artistic flair to our team.

Project Management – 9,000 ADA (~$4,000)
This budget covers comprehensive project management, including task coordination, resource allocation, and team management. It ensures the project adheres to timelines, meets quality standards, and achieves the specified goals.
Workshop Production – 27,000 ADA (~$12,000)
Covers the costs of producing the workshops, including:
- Production Equipment: Cameras, lighting, and sound gear.
- Workshop Speakers: Fees for guest speakers and experts.
- Presentation Materials: Costs associated with developing and creating motion graphics for the workshop presentations.
- Video Editing: The assembly of materials to make them presentable.
Challenge Prizes – 45,000 ADA (~$20,000)
Promotional Materials – 10,000 ADA (~$4,500)
For producing promotional items such as Cardano-branded T-shirts, flyers, and brochures to enhance visibility and engagement at events.
Community Voting Rewards – 9,000 ADA (~$4000)
