[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution
The proposed solution is to organize the first 8K crypto race in Mexico City.
By highlighting Mexico for its large community of athletes we leverage the love for the sport in the country and attract runners from all over the world, making Cardano a center of attention globally.
This proposal aligns with Cardano's values of promoting a healthy lifestyle and its commitment to the environment.
By uniting hundreds of people in a unique sporting experience, it will open up opportunities for Cardano awareness and the integration of these participants organically into the ecosystem.
In order to participate in this race, each participant must create a cardano wallet and complete the onboarding process, which consists of video tutorials, introductory cardano videos and quizzes.
Once the race is finished, we will follow up with the people who wish to be part of the ecosystem, we will create diffusion channels, community groups and tools to facilitate this integration.
[IMPACT] Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
The success of the 8K crypto race in Mexico City will bring several key benefits to the Cardano community:
- Increased Awareness and Adoption: By organizing a high-profile event like the 8K crypto race, we will significantly increase awareness of Cardano within Mexico and globally. The integration of Cardano wallet creation as part of the race onboarding process will lead to a surge in wallet adoption.
- Community Growth: The event will attract not only athletes but also crypto enthusiasts, further expanding the Cardano community. This growth will strengthen the network effect of Cardano and foster a sense of belonging among participants.
- Positive Public Relations: Organizing an eco-friendly and health-promoting event aligns with Cardano's values, enhancing its reputation as a socially responsible blockchain platform.
To measure the impact of the project, we will employ both quantitative and qualitative metrics:
- Quantitative Metrics:
- Number of Participants: We will track the number of participants in the race.
- Wallet Creation: 500 new Cardano wallets created as part of the onboarding process.
- Social Media Engagement: Quantify the increase in social media mentions, likes, shares, and followers related to Cardano during and after the event.
- Media Coverage: Measure the amount and reach of media coverage both locally and globally.
- Qualitative Metrics:
- Participant Feedback: Gather feedback from participants regarding their experience with Cardano, their interest in blockchain technology, and their likelihood to continue engaging with Cardano.
- Community Sentiment: Monitor online forums, social media channels, and community groups to gauge sentiment towards Cardano post-event.
- Ecosystem Integration: Assess the number of participants who actively engage with Cardano ecosystem post-race.
How will you share the outputs and opportunities that result from your project?
A comprehensive report detailing the impact of the race, including quantitative data and participant testimonials, will be published in our website.
