>> SDG SELECTION:
Argentina is a country with severe corruption problems, lack of transparency in the use of public funds, and ignorance and misinformation regarding the potential use of blockchain technology in public administration. This issue results in a strong disbelief and lack of trust in the system, a social divide bordering on anarchy, and of course, the recurring appearance of corruption cases at all levels of the government and the three branches of power.
Decided to approach the project in this way for two reasons. Firstly, because I believe it's a problem that can be solved with politicians convinced that this technology is the future and the path forward, for which we must educate and provide the necessary tools, such as blockchain technology. Secondly, because of my access to various political spaces and also to the public sector, which allows me to open the necessary doors to raise awareness about the transparency, traceability, and accountability that blockchain technology can provide. This project will involve politicians from various backgrounds and public officials from the respective cities we will visit. We will demonstrate the impact by the number of politicians and public officials we train in Cardano blockchain technology.
The blockchain education project aimed at politicians and public officials will have a significant impact on the Cardano community and the broader adoption of this technology. Here are some of the positive impacts expected:
1.Increased understanding and adoption of Cardano: By educating politicians and public officials about blockchain, specifically about Cardano and its innovative technology, there is an expectation of greater understanding of its benefits and applications in public administratio
2.Promotion of blockchain-friendly policies: With a better understanding of blockchain, politicians and public officials can develop policies, regulations, and legislation that foster innovation in this spac
3.Drive for government transparency and efficiency: Implementing blockchain-based solutions, such as Cardano, can improve transparency and efficiency in public administration by providing an immutable and transparent record of government transactions and activitie
4.Attraction of investments and talent: Increased adoption of Cardano in the governmental sphere can attract investments and specialized talent in blockchain and related technologie
My capability to deliver this proyect could be see in that I have dedicated a significant part of my life to driving meaningful transformations in the political and social sphere. Since my early years as the president of Nueva GeneraciĂłn, I have been immersed in the creation and execution of innovative political strategies, designing and managing political brand manuals and social media for 4 organizations and various politicians.
My work as a political brand designer and social media manager for diverse organizations and political leaders has provided me with a unique perspective on how to leverage technological tools to achieve political and social objectives.
Additionally, my involvement as the Secretary General of the Student Center E.P.E.T. N4 in 2015, including my participation in the "Deputies for a Day" initiative in 2016, has given me a profound understanding of legislative and governmental processes, as well as leadership and organizational skills that are fundamental in any training project.
My commitment to social change is reflected in a variety of initiatives, from organizing marches to founding youth movements in multiple countries. In 2018, I organized 3 Marches for Life and founded "Juventud PrĂłvida Argentina," with a presence in 15 provinces and 10 universities. Additionally, I participated in more than 10 solidarity collections for unborn children and in National Pro-Life Marches. I also organized the Northern Cereal Producers Convention on "Argentina's Energy Potential in terms of Biodiesel."
In 2020, I founded "Juventud Próvida Hispanoamérica" in several Latin American countries and organized the first International Youth Congress "Towards Cultural Transformation." This event was pioneering and demonstrated my ability to coordinate and manage large-scale training projects.
In the political sphere, I have had the privilege of representing youth in legislative and diplomatic instances both nationally and internationally. In 2021, I founded "GeneraciĂłn Libertaria" and signed "The Alliance for Freedom Advances." Additionally, I ran as a candidate for legislator in Buenos Aires, participated in televised debates on programs such as "Intratables," and had appearances in media outlets such as La NaciĂłn and TN, which strengthened my communication skills and public visibility.
In 2022, I participated in CEPAC 2022 and gave a presentation at the congress in Peru as part of the 52nd OAS General Assembly, representing the youth of Latin America.
In summary, my experience, skills, and commitment to social change make me an ideal candidate to lead training projects in blockchain technology, specifically in the Cardano sphere, for politicians and public officials. I am confident that together we can work to promote the responsible and effective use of this technology for the benefit of our communities and societies. Furthermore, Maximiliano RĂos joining our team brings a unique combination of skills and experience that enables us to successfully carry out this project. As the Community Champion Argentina at the Algorand Foundation, he led the growth of the Algorand ecosystem in the country through organizing in-person events and creating content on social media. His outstanding work included organizing two hackathons in 2023, one at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and another as part of LABITCONF 2023, the most important blockchain event in Latin America, which saw the participation of more than 35 teams of entrepreneurs and developers. Moreover, his experience as a Business Developer at the National Technological University (UTN) has allowed him to establish valuable relationships and strategic agreements for the institution. Among his responsibilities are organizing TEDx talks at UTN, events that have contributed to disseminating knowledge and fostering dialogue on relevant topics in the technological field. The combination of his ability to lead the growth of technological ecosystems and his capacity to establish strategic relationships makes Maximiliano RĂos' participation in our team essential to successfully carry out this project. His experience and knowledge will be an invaluable asset in implementing effective strategies to promote the adoption of blockchain technology in public administration and achieve our goals efficiently and transparently.

Mila Zurbriggen: https://www.linkedin.com/in/mila-zurbriggen-4a2785194/
Budget: 38,500 USD = (87,500 ADA)
This is the average expense over the entire 8-month period. Some months and milestones may require more or less time from a particular individual.
2 project managers (2,000 USD/month x 8 months): 16,000USD
Graphic design (content design for managing social networks): ($500/month x 8 months) = $4,000USD
Merchandising (t-shirts + banners + brochures): 5,000USD
Trips to 9 cities in Argentina (500 USD x2 persons x 9 cities =9000 USD) + Accommodation (250x2 persons x 9 cities = 4500 USD): 13500 USD
Firstly, costs related to public relations are essential for organizing training sessions alongside politicians and public officials in the nine planned cities in Argentina. This investment in time and resources to establish effective collaboration with key stakeholders will ensure the overall success and effectiveness of the project.
Additionally, the costs of accommodation and the nine trips to the designated cities for the training sessions are included. These costs are critical to ensuring the physical presence of the project team in each location and facilitating the necessary logistics to conduct the training sessions efficiently and effectively.
Furthermore, the cost of hiring a graphic designer to manage the project's social media is considered. This investment will ensure clear and appealing communication about the project online, contributing to maintaining the interest of the target audience and effectively conveying information.
It is important to note that costs associated with the planned talk in Buenos Aires are not included in this breakdown, as the project managers reside in that city and are expected not to incur significant additional expenses for this specific training.
Finally, costs related to merchandising are considered important to promote the visibility of the project and reinforce its visual identity. The use of t-shirts, banners, and brochures will help raise awareness about the project among training participants and the community at large.
In summary, costs associated with public relations, accommodation and travel, graphic design for social media, and merchandising represent significant investments that will contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring effective communication, strong collaboration with political leaders, and increased visibility within the target community. These investments demonstrate a solid value-for-money relationship within the project's context.
