The "Cardano Explorers" proposal promises to solve important challenges facing the Cardano community through the creation of a series of quality and engaging videos. We aim to create at least 48 videos within 6 months, with the aim of achieving at least 30,000 views and active participation of at least 50 people on our Telegram group.

We plan to measure the project's impact through various metrics, including the number of viewers, followers, comments, shares, favorites and reviews on social media platforms. We will also measure the number of responses, suggestions, questions or requests for videos or related topics. This helps us evaluate how our community receives and engages with our content, providing information to improve and refine our content strategy.

The results of the project will bring value to the Cardano community by increasing awareness and understanding of Cardano, promoting community participation and interaction, and respecting and recognizing the contributions of those who has been working on the development of Cardano. By creating a strong and diverse community, we will also encourage and support innovative ideas and projects that use Cardano to drive innovation and positive social change.

The results and opportunities from our project will be shared through social media channels, including summary videos, articles and feedback from the community. We will also produce a detailed report to share the outputs, comments from the community and the next opportunities we target. This helps create a continuous cycle of feedback and improvement, thereby increasing the project's value to the Cardano community.

We are a team with 6 years of experience in the field of blockchain technology and the Cardano platform. We have experience in accounting, journalism, translation team management, and experts in editing translation content and creating professional videos.

Our implementation process includes:

Step 1: Select and moderate information to compile, including IOG documentary videos, news videos and updates about Cardano. Make sure the content selection is appropriate for those new to the Cardano ecosystem.

Step 2: Translate information to make it suitable and easy to understand in Vietnamese language, and censor the translated content.

Step 3: Select images that have the power to convey content, create a video with voiceover. The completed video will be content censored again before publishing.

We strictly follow the above process to ensure the best content is delivered to viewers. Funding will be used entirely to pay for members' work, details are provided in the detailed budget breakdown. For the above reasons, completing this project is completely consistent with our capabilities.

B- Milestone 2: from October 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025

Milestone output: Publish 16 videos posted on Youtube channel, Number of views for a video over 300 views, Youtube channel increase in number of followers: Increase by 20

C- Final milestone: from December 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025

The resulting output includes 48 videos with 300 minutes of diverse, engaging, and accurate video content about Cardano. The video content is posted on the Youtube channel and is strictly censored, meeting the following requirements: Content is concise, easy to understand, complete, appropriate illustrations, attractive and attractive to viewers. The video is made public to the Cardano community on Youtube, providing value to developers and attracting new users.

Results can be achieved according to important milestones as committed above, we expect to have over 30,000 views of posted videos by the end of the project, the youtube channel will reach the number of subscribers channel increased by 50 new people.
