There is a growing number of heavily engaged Cardano community members which not only support a large number of individuals and groups & projects who are building on Cardano, but who also look and care most of the Cardano ecosystem as whole. These folks usually wear many hats, such as Ambassadors, Mentors, Proposal reviewers, CIP editors, Stake Pool Operators and so on.. I call these folks Agents.. The problem is that these folks which are around the most, usually have a hard time to sustain themself and to operate within a supporting and effective framework which recognises and ensures the overall care-taking of these Agents.

With this proposal, I want to start an initiative to research and analyse this new emerging Role and to formalise and structure findings into an initial framework as well as a roadmap towards a full Ecosystem Agent Framework implementation. In addition, I will look at other Blockchain ecosystems to identify if there are already solutions to the same issue elsewhere and if so, to figure what can be adapted & adopted to avoid unnecessary duplications of efforts and misallocation of resources.

I will do this research on my own and will most likely run a bunch of meetings with relevant individuals, groups and entities to gather their insights, perspectives, ideas and needs on the topic. Any findings will be translated into publicly shared documents and additional content like online whiteboards or videos.

One important aspect of this efforts is not only the creation of a initial roadmap & framework, but also to start a wider conversation by raising awareness, stressing the importance and relevance and introducing previous, present and future

roadmap which would allow to formalise and recognise Cardano Ecosystem Agents and with that, opening the door towards a strong and effective impact to any Ecosystem Agents, by that, increasing their overall performance, effectivity and sustainability

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

I am a Cardano Ambassador and have been participating in Catalyst since early 2021 and I know well about the processes and check-marks along the way of a proposals implementation journey. I initiated and co-founded and participated in a bunch of initiatives in Cardano for years and I usually get my stuff done.

Research Phase: Completing the Proposal Onboarding process. Driving research to gain and collect required insights and perspectives from Cardano Ecosystem Agents, entities and key players within the Cardano Ecosystem. Create, finalise and publish a structured document to capture and present key areas and most relevant requirements for an Ecosystem Agent. Licence the public document under a CCO1 licence. Drive peer review on the document to improve content accuracy and quality.

Mapping & Prioritisation. 

Based on findings from Milestone 1, I now map out everything into categories and figure the priority of each of these to ensure effective next steps and further development of the Ecosystem Agent Framework.

Create, Finalise and publish an online whiteboard, translate the map into a public document and licence the document under a CCO1 licence.

This milestone directly continues the work from the previous Milestones. Now, deepdive and analysis of initial research and mapping and work out details on specific topics which are required to further build the Cardano Ecosystem Agent framework.

After researching, mapping and analysing I will now put everything into a comprehensive yet detailed roadmap which outlines an initial and envisioned development of the Cardano Ecosystem Agent framework towards its implementation. Create, Finalise and publish an online whiteboard, translate the roadmap into a public document and licence the document under a CCO1 licence.

Very simple one, my plan is to use max 6K Ada per month for a total of 5 months to do this thing. So:

5 months X 6000 Ada = 30000 Ada
