📌Reasons for approaching the problem:
- Technical content: With the advent of Cardano's Voltaire era, technical information has become increasingly intricate and voluminous. The complex communication needs to be presented more engaging & briefly to the point.

- Language barrier: The primary local Asian languages are predominantly Vietnamese and Japanese, and now Korean, and most of the community is non-English speakers.
- Japan is a very mature Crypto market. However, the English barrier is significant for them as their efficiency is scored 457 (ranked 87th)
- Whereas Vietnamese and South Korean are slightly better with a ranked 58th and 49th (with the Proficiency score around 500+)

- Time limits: The long-form format (currently >5.2 minutes) is not well-consumed and usually gets bored by audiences who have fewer and fewer time resources and increasingly more choices of media channels. The average time spent is under 1-2 minutes.

📌Learning and Insights from the Cardano Community
- Community Feedback for more decentralized content: We learned from the community: We welcomed feedback from the community about the frequency of the TikTok channels, the content format, and the AMA to ask for which topic they want to listen to.
- We also build a rewarding mechanism to have volunteers translate and do the admin work (translation of the original video, shortcut video keynotes, final supervision, publishing work) to prepare the quality content. We want to make Cardano information exciting and compelling for busy people and attract newbies (F0) into the community.

- Meet the challenge set for Eastern Asia countries, as we are the frequent contributors to Cardano Eastern Townhall.
- Promote the Cardano blockchain to potential Vietnamese users and involve more developers in the ecosystem.
