C: Signed venue agreement, finalized event agenda and curriculum, receipts for all supplies and materials purchased.
Milestone 2: Launch of Community Outreach Program
A: Conduct financial literacy and AI prompt engineering workshops, facilitate interactive sessions and group activities, provide mentorship and guidance to participants.
B: Workshops successfully completed as per schedule, active participation and engagement from attendees, positive feedback received from participants.
C: Workshop attendance sheets, participant feedback forms, documentation of workshop activities.
Milestone 3: Evaluation and Feedback
A: Collect feedback from participants on the effectiveness of the workshops, assess impact of community outreach program on participants, identify areas for improvement and future iterations.
