Our proposed solution is to organize a large-scale Cardano event in Mexico City to address the lack of mass events and localized onboarding. We recognize the significant crypto adoption in Mexico City but see a gap in Cardano's presence.
Our approach is to bring together experts, enthusiasts, and newcomers in a dynamic event that educates, engages, and promotes Cardano. This event will feature workshops, panels, and networking opportunities, engaging both seasoned investors and those new to cryptocurrency.
By fostering a vibrant Cardano community in Mexico City, we aim to accelerate adoption and showcase Cardano's unique benefits. This initiative is crucial for Cardano's expansion into one of the largest crypto markets in the world, benefitting both the local community and the broader Cardano ecosystem.
This event aims for an attendance of +200 people. During the event there will be conferences, workshops, and panel discussions, covering the topics of introduction to Cardano, project catalyst, DeFi, smart contracts, use cases and governance.
This will be given by speakers from the Cardano community and crypto community in Mexico with experience in these types of events.
The event will count with the participation of the largest web3 communities in Mexico.
Our project aims to make a significant impact for the Cardano community by expanding Cardano's presence in Mexico and the Latin American region.
We aim to attract a diverse audience of blockchain enthusiasts, developers and entrepreneurs interested in Web 3 to Cardano
We will track attendance figures, participation levels during the event (e.g. questions asked, discussions held).
We will share event highlights, presentations and discussions through various channels, such as the LATAM Cardano Community social networks.
By establishing partnerships with the web3 community in Mexico and inviting local speakers, we seek to strengthen Cardano's presence and credibility in the region.
We will measure the number of new partnerships formed, the level of media coverage obtained and the increase in Cardano-related activities.
By bringing together stakeholders from the Cardano community and the broader web3 ecosystem, we aim to foster collaboration, innovation and networking opportunities.
We will facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration through Telegram and LATAM Cardano community social networks.

The cost of the project represents a great investment for the Cardano ecosystem for several reasons. Costs are carefully calculated to ensure they're proportional to the expected benefits and tailored to the local economy, ensuring they're reasonable.
The event aims to attract over 200 people, offering a range of educational and networking activities to drive Cardano adoption and strengthen the local community.
We have clear metrics to measure success, such as attendance and formed partnerships, ensuring we can assess the return on investment and real impact. With my track record in the Cardano community and event organization, I can guarantee effective and accountable project execution. Overall, the project costs are justified by the value it will bring to the Cardano community in Mexico and Latin America, with a focus on proportionality, community value, and project management expertise.
