The solution will provide an interactive and fun medium for ADA holders to learn about governance. A open website featuring all the quizes will also make the resources accessible to everyone.

These resources will cover topics like voting processes, proposal submission, governance parameters, and the roles of different entities as well as basics about Cardano blockchain and ecosystem. The goal is to empower the community with knowledge to participate effectively in the decentralized governance model. Clear explanations, visual aids, and interactive elements will make the resources engaging and accessible. Additionally, highlighting real-world examples and potential use cases could help illustrate the practical implications of governance decisions. 

Each quiz can be completed under 30 minutes, can be played at any time and for unlimited attempts.

Key Features

• Multimedia experience: The quiz content will support a wide range of content formats including text, images, audio, and video. This enriches the questions, prompts, and answers, ensuring an immersive experience.
• Interactive and game-like Interface: Users can enjoy power-ups, hints, redemption questions, a live leaderboard, and even express their reactions through emojis. The captivating interface will keep participants actively engaged.
• Answer explanations: During the game play the participants can be provided additional context for the answers using in-depth explanations. This additional context and information not only help users enhance their overall knowledge about Governance and Cardano as well as inform them of reading material available through articles, research papers, metrics directly from the blockchain etc.

The community can test their knowledge as well as learn in the process at their own pace and will have a full coverage of Governance topics.

The primary sources for the creating the quiz content will be:

• SanchoNet docs
• Intersect Knoweldge Base
• Cardano Forum
• Community created knowedge bases
• Channels like Intersect and IOG discord, Youtube etc.

A collection of 15 quizzes will be published during this 3 month project. The quizzes will be openly available in a public website and it will publicised on social media and community channels.

Prudent budgeting: Each milestone's outputs are publicly verifiable and usable. The budget is evenly distributed, aligning with tangible and verifiable deliverables. The budget methodology and specifics for each milestone are detailed, and adhere to estimated costs without frontloading of fund requirements.

Our team, Lambdac, is an unincorporated volunteer collective united by a shared commitment to make meaningful contributions within the Cardano ecosystem. The cost of the project is comes from research & content creation as well as website hosting.

Budget:

Research and design of interactive quiz, 40 hrs per quiz - @ 30ADA/hr for 15 quizzes = 18000 ADA

Web hosting = 2000 ADA

Total budget : 20000 ADA

Addresses a vital requirement: The success of Voltaire age depends on active participation of the community for which there has to be relevant resources for education on Cardano Governance related subjects.

Feasibilty: A demo has been shared showing feasibility of this idea.

Ease of tracking: The milestones have tangible and openly verifiable outputs for the community to keep track of the progress of the project.

Further the hourly rates sought are minimal at of 30 ADA / hour.

Intersect MBO has identified that with CIP-1694's on-chain governance, ada holders can fully participate by submitting governance actions, registering as DReps, or delegating. As Cardano enters the Voltaire age, openly available online resources are needed to educate the community about Cardano's governance mechanisms and components, promoting education during this phase.
