We need a strong launchpad and investors, because our token will be what we pay incentives with. Our token is how we will incentivize the community to follow guidelines, create multimedia and social share to create truly viral content which will influence the greater crypto market.

There are no immediate plans to develop software, but the aim for Meemrz is to become a DAO with full transparency, managed and operated by the community, mirroring the ethos of open source software.

Cardano is founded on strong principles and values that have attracted specific types of individuals to its community. While under the same 'Crypto' space, there are 'investors' with different values. My proposed project will explore using mental models and memes to help align, disseminate and educate the community and beyond, the foundational values established by the Cardano Foundation.

Mental models help us grasp complex systems. Originally, a "meme" is a knowledge piece that spreads culturally and defines that culture. Just like historical cultures are defined by their prevalent memes, organizational culture too can be characterized by its memes. In genetics, "alleles" are gene pairs that compete, influencing which traits dominate. Similarly, by modeling an organization's culture through its memes, we can strategically influence it by promoting certain memes over others to foster positive change.

By creating a mental model for Cardano using memes, we can effectively preserve and strengthen a community that upholds and spreads the core values set by the Cardano Foundation founders. This approach ensures that these values remain influential in guiding the community's direction.

Our project hopes to dominate the social media meme narrative which right now can be immature, negative, and shortsighted. We will focus on the positive traits of Cardano, use language and messages that shares the principles and values in simple format based on a mental model we will develop. This will enhance the appreciation, merit and value of all projects built on Cardano by the greater crypto community and beyond.

Once the project is launched, will reach out to Cardano Ambassadors and Leaders in the ecosystem and gather feedback on how they see our work effecting the whole community. A pulse survey can be sent out quarterly. Both internal and external data collected from our initiatives will help us continuously improve our approaches and tools and published on a dashboard on our site.

I have a strong background in Marketing, Organizational Development, Leadership Development and I am a founder and executive in an HRTech Analytics company that is over 13 years old. All of these skills and experiences and my passionate outlook for Cardano and how it will mold our future... when merged together, forms the idea of my proposal. I am not looking so much for the funding of the project, as much as I am looking to gather feedback and support for the idea, and more importantly attract a team of highly capable individuals who will successfully drive this project with me.

The initial costs needed will be mostly used for external help outside the team or the community, such as freelancers and marketing/advertising costs. The rest will be used for operations setup costs and covering basic expenses that some team members may not be able to cover out of pocket. Once the project launches the pre-sale of the project token, the project will be able to self-fund the growth and recruit community members for paid activities, while the founding team will have access to a team wallet to pay out salaries.
