The Cardano Summit 2024 in Dubai presents a unique opportunity to further strengthen the bonds within the Cardano ecosystem. As a complementary event, "Building Bridges" aims to create a vibrant space where enterprises and community members converge to exchange ideas, foster collaboration, and propel the growth of Cardano in both business and community spheres.

The event will amplify Cardano's impact by strengthening connections between projects, enterprises and the community. By fostering partnerships and exchanging knowledge, it will accelerate the development of innovative applications and adoption of Cardano. The established connections and enhanced sense of community will help solidify Cardano's position as a leading blockchain platform for both businesses and individuals.
As the team of SmartPlaces, our capability to deliver projects with high levels of trust and accountability stems from our extensive track record and expertise in event organization. Our team members have successfully organized and co-hosted numerous events in various locations, including Croatia, Las Vegas, Dubai, and Germany, leveraging our extensive network of contacts and partnerships. Additionally, our SPX Regional Director UAE, Vinesh Purushothaman, who has been living in the region for over 10 years, provides invaluable on-the-ground presence for professional planning and execution. In addition to this fact, the co-founder of SmartPlaces managed a company in Dubai for over 5 years until its successful exit.
By combining our extensive experience, on-the-ground presence, and commitment to stakeholder engagement, we are confident in our ability to deliver projects with high levels of trust, accountability, and feasibility.

Planning and Organization of the Event. Research and select venue based on capacity and amenities, finalize catering arrangements, contract technical vendors for equipment and support, develop a detailed event schedule outlining activities in consideration of the Cardano Summit.

A suitable venue is selected considering capacity, location, and amenities. Availability is confirmed with a signed contract. Catering options are carefully chosen to meet dietary needs and event standards. Technical vendors are contracted for equipment and support. A detailed event schedule is created, delineating activities and presentations.

We engage potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators to secure support and resources. Following this, we finalize venue selection, catering, and technical needs. Finally, we develop a comprehensive event schedule and logistical plan for seamless execution.

The venue is secured through a contract, partnerships, sponsors, and speakers are actively engaged, and the event is meticulously organized, planned, and confirmed for seamless execution.

Our team develops and executes a robust marketing strategy to enhance event visibility and attendance. Through targeted campaigns across diverse channels and partnerships, we optimize reach and engagement. Additionally, a special NFT collection for attendees, integrated with ticketing via the SmartPlaces app, enhances the event experience and promotes participation.
B: Acceptance criteria
The acceptance criteria for our milestone encompass two key areas: marketing strategy and NFT integration. We aim to achieve heightened event visibility and attendance through a comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaign, while also seamlessly integrating a special NFT collection with ticketing via the SmartPlaces app. Success will be measured by increased engagement metrics and user adoption, ultimately leading to elevated event participation.
C: Evidence of milestone completion
Upon completion of the milestone, evidence will include comprehensive performance metrics from diverse marketing channels, showcasing increased event visibility and attendee engagement. Additionally, seamless integration of a special NFT collection within the SmartPlaces app will be demonstrated through user data and feedback, affirming heightened participation and ticket sales.

As part of the project close-out, we conduct a thorough post-event evaluation and follow-up. Feedback from attendees, stakeholders, and partners is gathered to assess event success and pinpoint areas for improvement. Event metrics and outcomes are analyzed to measure the project's effectiveness. Additionally, post-event debrief sessions are held to capture valuable lessons learned and insights for future projects. Furthermore, an event video showcasing highlights and key moments will be produced to commemorate the occasion.

Upon completion, evidence includes feedback from attendees, stakeholders, and partners, providing insights into event success and areas for improvement. Event metrics analysis measures effectiveness, while post-event debrief sessions capture valuable lessons. Additionally, a highlights video will be produced for documentation and promotional purposes.
