[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution
Charles Hoskison, Co-founder of Cardano, does weekly youtube videos in which he talks to the community about his inspiring work and vision on Cardano. Furthermore, a notable number of new community members cite Charles’ video content as the reason for their decision to join, underscoring its influential reach and visibility.
Link to his youtube channel:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jbuoszz3w0gWatching his videos captivated me with their message, energy and particularly his life mission to foster better systems for everyone. Throughout my life, I’ve been privileged to encounter many inspiring leaders, and Charles undoubtedly stands among them.
It led me to ask myself: How can I help spread Charles’ messages to more people and grow the community? How can I make something that is unique and innovative?
First I started with creating the CaricatorADA project, which was also recognized by Charles in one of his videos.

I am looking into using my expertise to promote Cardano in a unique way and also through a Cross Chain Collaboration challenge. United Caricature The idea for this proposal is United Caricature, a weekly caricature (Caricature) that will show the importance of collaboration between chains for the common god of the block chain industry. This proposal will focus on a timeframe of 12 weeks and will therefore produce 12 caricatures. Subjects could include what is common between the chains and how the various chains could mitigate external threats (misleading information) or support positive legislation. Doing it in a creative way could have a huge impact between chains as well facing the public.
How might we create connections and collaboration between Cardano and other blockchains in the next six months?
Through fun and creative Caricature - one image can bridge many gaps
Why is it important? Interoperability of blockchains and multi-chain awareness guarantees shared success of the crypto economy as a whole.
Creative way to present the importance of cross chain could lead to higher awareness and openmind between blockchain communities
There are not any major challenges for the creation of the Caricatures.
One key challenge could be to set up the storyline, find key areas we want the Caricatuers to represent and the connecting line between each weekly caricature. This will be mitigated first by the vast experience of the proposers and second by having some community brainstorming sessions at SWARM post town hall.
Another challenge we are considering is how to be able to generate revenue so the work could continue for a longer period of time. We will evaluate NFT models for it.
[IMPACT] Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
The project aims to address the problem of insufficient creative methods to connect chains and promote collaboration in the blockchain industry. Here's how the proposed project represents value for Cardano:
- Increased Awareness and Collaboration: By producing a weekly caricature series focused on cross-chain collaboration, the project promotes awareness of Cardano's commitment to interoperability and collaboration with other blockchain network
- Unique Marketing Approach: The use of caricatures as a medium for conveying complex concepts in a fun and engaging manner sets this project apart from traditional marketing strategies. This unique approach attracts attention and generates interest among a diverse audience, including individuals who may not be familiar with blockchain technology or Cardano specifically.
- Community Engagement: Involving the community in brainstorming key topics and themes for the caricature series fosters a sense of ownership and participation. By seeking input from stakeholders, the project ensures that the content resonates with the target audience and reflects their interests and concerns, thereby enhancing community engagement and buy-in.
- Promotion of Interoperability: Through its focus on cross-chain collaboration, the caricature series highlights the importance of interoperability in the blockchain ecosystem. By showcasing examples of successful collaboration between different blockchain networks, the project promotes the idea that interoperability benefits the entire industry and encourages other projects to embrace this approach.
- Evaluation and Feedback: The project's final milestone includes an evaluation of its impact on promoting cross-chain collaboration. By gathering feedback from the community and analysing performance data, the project assesses its effectiveness and identifies areas for improvement. This iterative approach ensures that the project remains responsive to the needs and preferences of its audience, maximising its long-term value for Cardano.
Overall, the proposed caricature series represents a cost-effective and innovative way to promote Cardano's values and objectives while fostering collaboration and unity within the blockchain industry. Through its engaging content and community-driven approach, the project has the potential to generate positive awareness and support for Cardano, ultimately contributing to its growth and success.
