Our project has two technical components.

AI and ML : This segment, involving the development of AI and machine learning tools for data collection, validation and processing will not be open source. This ensures the proprietary nature of our algorythms and maintains the competitive edge of our analytics capabilities.

The blockchain protocol will be completely open source. This will allow anyone to utilize our developped technology to collect and validate data with the support of a decentralized community, accross various industry verticals. The protocol is designed to be accessible and adaptable to promote blockchain innovation.

We believe there is a critical gap in the analysis of crypto projects, whether for investors, CEX's or other stakeholders within the Cardano ecosystem. A comprehensive evaluation of a project requires extensive data. While on-chain data are accessible, off-chain data are often challenging to find, aggregate and verify to ensure reliability.

Our final end product analyses integrate over 1000+ data points per project to ensure thorough and accurate evaluations. To collect on-chain data, we use APIs from different partners. In addition, we are developping our own customized AI tools, a scraper and a validator, to enhance the collection and validation of data accuracy. Any data missing from our AI tools will be adressed through our decentralized community, which will collect and validate data in exchange for token rewards. A staking mechanism will be implemented to promote and ensure good behavior within the community.

This strategic use of AI and community involvment is designed to streamline our data collection proces, significancy enhancing both efficiency and accuracy. Moreover, our solution is scalable, enabling us to collect, validate and process data to provide on a large scale to deliver numerous and high-quality analyses. This scalability ensures that we have the ability to provide comprenhensive and reliable insights as the Cardano ecosystem grows.

We are developing an innovative and scalable way to collect and analyse off-chain data for Cardano projects. This approach will provide the community insights previously unexplored in a scalable manner, to unlock opportunities :

-Evaluating cardano projects based on historical patterns of success and failure, helping to predict future performance more accurately.

-Supporting founders in their new startups, by identifying crucial succes criteria, guiding them in making more informed decision.

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Our team comprises 4 professionals with extensive experience in the Crypto space, bringing expertise in Web3 company including project management, IT infrastructure, marketing and community development and data science (AI/ML). We are a Swiss based company, ensuring robust compliance with our national regulations.

We have a proven history of succesfully executing complex projects within the blockchain ecosystem, which demonstrate our technical proficiency and skills.

To validate the feasibility, we will implement a phased strategy :

1-Prototype development : We will develop a functioning prototype to collect and validate data. This initial phase will allow us to test our methodologies and evaluate the resources (costs and time) required to collect the remaining data through community involvment.

2-Tesnet phase : Following the prototype, we will conduct a testnet phase with 150-200 selected community members to evaluate the efficiency of our data collection and validation mechanisms. This phase is critical for identifying potential issues and making necessary adjustments before launching on the mainnet. We are also planning an airdrop to encourage active participation and will develop a feedback loop during the testnet to align with community needs and expectations.
