We present article presents the application Friendly Hydra Explorer, which can be appropriately used by the developers working on the Cardano and Hydra platforms. Users can perform such important actions like remembering the head, commits, states of head as well as snapshots and make transactions on Hydra easily.

Core of the Problem

While developing or using Hydra, numerous users encounter issues with keeping track of Hydra transactions and the states of its head. Moreover, at the moment, there is no application that can keep the lifecycle of snapshots on Hydra. The default core explorer interface provided with Core Hydra by IOG is too complicated and lacks the explanatory information needed for the operational activities such as init, commit, close and fanout leading to troublesome execution of these activities. This can hamper the ability of new developers to adopt the Hydra technology.

How We Solve the Problem

The option we have taken is to create an application with a clean and appealing interface which will make it easy for the users to find and manage order transactions. If features head searching and committing as well as snapshots which enables the alteration and retrieval of the transactional history of the users are included, then mastering the information on Hydra will be fast which will in turn improve the productivity of the work.
