INTU's SDK is freely distributed, but core components are not currently open-source for security reasons. The team is considering the eventual opening of additional portions of the codebase after adequate testing and deployment. We understand the importance of transparency and community collaboration in the development process, which is why we aim to provide access to non-sensitive components of our technology. This approach ensures that we can maintain a high level of security while still allowing for community input and enhancement. Our goal is to foster an environment where developers can contribute to the project without compromising its integrity. Once we have established a secure and stable foundation, we will reassess our open-source strategy. We are committed to delivering high-quality, secure, and efficient tools that developers can trust. INTU aims to balance the benefits of open source with the need to protect the project's core functionalities during its initial stages. The intent is to eventually create a robust community around the open-source elements, encouraging shared innovation and collaboration.
INTU, aims to create a safe Web3 account protocol that enhances user onboarding for developers while prioritizing custody, decentralization, and privacy. The core problem lies in the complex and often insecure process of onboarding new users into decentralized applications, which hinders mass adoption of Web3 technologies. Our approach combines advanced security protocols with user-friendly design, enabling developers to integrate this solution seamlessly into their platforms. INTU will engage developers, users, and organizations looking to leverage Web3's potential securely and efficiently. We will measure our impact through user adoption metrics, security audits, and community feedback, demonstrating that our solution not only addresses existing issues but also fosters a safer and more inclusive Web3 ecosystem. The uniqueness of INTU lies in its emphasis on user custody and privacy, empowering individuals while ensuring that developers can onboard users with confidence. This initiative is vital to Cardano's mission of promoting decentralized technology, as it addresses security concerns that often deter users from participating in the blockchain space, ultimately supporting the broader goal of mass adoption.
The INTU project will significantly enhance the Cardano community by providing a robust and user-friendly onboarding solution that addresses security and privacy concerns associated with Web3 technologies. By fostering a safer onboarding process, we aim to attract a broader user base and encourage developers to build more decentralized applications on the Cardano platform. We will measure our impact quantitatively through metrics such as the number of developers integrating the INTU protocol, user adoption rates, and engagement levels within the community. Qualitatively, we will gather user feedback and conduct surveys to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement. The success of our project will add value to the Cardano community by increasing the number of secure and compliant decentralized applications, thereby driving ecosystem growth. We will share our outputs through detailed reports, community workshops, and presentations at Cardano events, ensuring that our findings and best practices are accessible to all stakeholders, ultimately contributing to a more informed and engaged community.
Our team has extensive experience in blockchain development, Web3 protocols, and user experience design, positioning us uniquely to deliver the INTU project with high levels of trust and accountability. We have successfully launched multiple projects within the blockchain space, showcasing our technical proficiency and commitment to quality. To validate the feasibility of our approach, we will conduct comprehensive research and pilot testing of the onboarding protocol, engaging with developers and users for feedback throughout the process. We will also establish partnerships with industry experts to ensure our solution meets the highest standards. To manage funds responsibly, we will implement a transparent budgeting process with regular financial reporting to stakeholders, detailing expenditures and milestones achieved. Additionally, we will use an independent audit service to review our financial activities periodically, ensuring accountability and fostering trust within the community. Our established track record and commitment to transparency position us as a reliable team capable of delivering impactful results for the Cardano ecosystem.

The total budget for the INTU project is 125,000 ADA, allocated across four milestones. For Milestone 1, focused on integrating INTU onto Cardano, a budget of 12,500 ADA is set aside, covering technical assessments and audits (2,500 ADA), development of smart contracts and APIs (6,000 ADA), closed beta testing (3,000 ADA), and documentation (1,000 ADA). In Milestone 2, which aims to facilitate the development of ten new projects, 22,500 ADA will be allocated for organizing hackathons and workshops (10,000 ADA), providing mentorship and resources (7,500 ADA), and establishing partnerships (5,000 ADA). Milestone 3, targeting 10,000 monthly active users (MAUs), has a budget of 45,000 ADA, dedicated to marketing campaigns (25,000 ADA), cross-promotion collaborations (10,000 ADA), and user engagement monitoring (5,000 ADA). Finally, the Final Milestone will receive 45,000 ADA to expand marketing initiatives (30,000 ADA), implement user loyalty programs (10,000 ADA), and facilitate user feedback sessions (5,000 ADA). This comprehensive budget ensures proper fund management while addressing essential project activities and resources.
The costs associated with the INTU project are strategically designed to deliver substantial value for the Cardano ecosystem. Each budget allocation directly supports key project objectives, ensuring that the funds are utilized efficiently to achieve significant user engagement and development outcomes. For instance, the budget for integration activities reflects industry-standard rates for technical assessments and smart contract development, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with Cardano’s architecture. The costs for facilitating new project development are justified by the potential economic growth and innovation they bring to the ecosystem, as engaging with ten new projects can foster diversity and attract further investment. Additionally, marketing initiatives are crafted to maximize outreach and engagement, providing a strong return on investment by driving user adoption and community participation. The comprehensive nature of the budget, including funds for documentation, project management, and community engagement, demonstrates a commitment to transparency and accountability, which enhances overall trust in the project. By ensuring that costs are proportional to market rates and focused on measurable impact, the INTU project not only provides value for money but also strengthens the Cardano ecosystem's long-term sustainability and growth.
