OBJECTIVE: Developing a Dynamic Marketplace for Jobs, Gigs, Training, and More

Design and implement a versatile marketplace platform that will breathe life into the Cardano ecosystem by connecting developers with various opportunities for jobs, gigs, training, and other relevant offerings. This innovative platform will promote collaboration, learning, and growth among Cardano community members by facilitating connections and making resources easily accessible.

We are asking for the grant for the existing implementation. If granted, we will proceed with Phase 2.

Cardano Talent offers a fast and user-friendly hiring platform for companies within the Cardano ecosystem. Companies can post vacancies, search for professionals, and streamline their hiring process. Developers can post proposals, CVs and more. 

Additionally, tiered plans offer custom job posting benefits, including extended listing periods, branded posts, and promotional social media cards. The platform utilizes crypto-based payments for transparent and efficient billing. Built with Svelte.

2. Increasing Developer motivation: We plan to implement incentives and rewards to motivate developers and encourage active participation in the marketplace.
