Cardano knowledge is spread wide on the internet. Content is everywhere: Youtube, websites, social media, etc. People don't know where to learn and what to learn. There is no specific direction, no custom made curriculum. Learning is not sequenced nor streamlined. Also, for the Cardano ecosystem we have no place where we can see who is where in terms of their knowledge. It is not easy for entrepreneurs to know what is the level of knowledge of developers around them.

The idea is to build an open source platform allowing IOG, CF, Emurgo, etc. to create curriculums and courses, control and test acquired skills and issue diplomas.

Later, we also would like to convert all their academic and pedagogic content into easy to digest interactive learning pieces - made of quizzes, videos and 3D animations. We want to gamify and streamline Cardano learning with interactive tests. People can follow the courses, track their progress, pass the tests, and prove their skills. By doing this we build a one single place where everybody gets a clear picture of where we are in terms of Cardano knowledge.

Roadmap

1. Writing the concept and user stories.
2. Making UX/UI high level.
3. Creating an interactive prototype.
4. Working on the branding.
5. Setting up gamification of the learning experience.
6. Proposing technical architecture for development.
7. Implementing design and making it a reality.
8. Implementing backend at the same moment. And smart contracts for credentials.
9. Releasing usable prototypes every 4 weeks.

Team

• Carolin Taling - Experience in business modelling, marketing and design. Been working 2 years with IT projects for web and mobile. Also running Huskypool.
• Jean Philippe - more than 20 years of experience in building IT and software solutions. Owner of an IT company 021 Studio.
• Dmitri - technical director of 021 Studio.
• Expertise in Plutus - open position!
• Game theorist - open position!

Resources and timeline

It takes around 6 months to build the project 'Complete Cardano Training Center'. To build that project we staff:

• 2 backend developers
• 1 frontend developer
• 1 UX/UI designer
• 1 product owner
• 1 part-time game theorist
• 1 part-time smart contract/Plutus developer (to put credentials to blockchain)

Future

We plan to take part in future funds. While building the learning center we would like to also start to build up the network of community developers. We connect developers with projects. Developers get jobs easily and funders find their perfect devs in a snap.
