Supply Chain Management in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech) is extremely challenging, not cost-efficient with lack of transparency & agility.

This is the total amount allocated to Pharma&Biotech - Supply Chain Mngt.
1. Foundation
It will be critical to develop a framework and core concepts for an effective Supply Chain Management (SCM) platform that can reply to all current challenges from the industry in terms of data management (financial, contracts, products, packages, etc.) with logistics & supply capacity.
2. Compliance Framework
Ensure all foundation complies with local markets and regional requirements (US, EU, Asia, etc.) are met
3. Collect initial market feedback and initial early adopters from small or medium size pharmaceutical and/or biotech companies (max. 5). Currently this use case is in high demand and with an extensive network developed in Switzerland, Spain, United States, Portugal and China once the above two steps are completed this phase can start actively.
4. Development of SCM platform and according agile principles (e.g. SCRUM and Kanban for project management for MVP and priority product backlog development)
5. Pilot execution phase
(Please note: The above described 5-steps process is completely open for future changes and only aims to represent the possible simplified logic and high-level planning).
