Host multi region (USA, Ukraine, Africa, ?) in-person and virtual hackathon that provides collaborative space DEVs and Entrepreneurs to meet

About this idea
We will plan, organize, and host the hackathon in at least three cities across the globe, and provide a way to take part virtually for those that can not make it to a in-person location.
The hackathon will last three days and provide workshops each day to teach aspects of Marlowe and Plutus and how to use the Playgrounds to develop tokens and dApps on Cardano.
Anyone will be able to submit an idea/startup during the event and create a team work on it during the event, and the top 10 projects based on popular vote will get to pitch for prizes.
Funding requested will be used to rent space for in-person locations, events expenses, and for the prizes given to the winners on the hackathon.
We will try to get space for in-person events and other event related cost sponsored or donated as much as possible so that the prizes for teams are larger amounts and so more of them are available win.
Even if non-winning teams will get valuable connections and learn valuable insights on building on Cardano.
