West Africa: Dev Tools & Events

Overview:
Content creation: Training 1000s of developers across West Africa using the resources we already have.
Math/Physics teachers in our network are now software developers.
Francophone connection to create resources in both French and English.
Mastering the training for our own teachers and then spreading that teaching throughout the region.
Awareness campaigns that feed into the virtual events and courses

• Introduction to Cardano for Developers
• Creating your first dApp with Cardano
• Developing with Cardano for French Speakers

• Project Catalyst for Devs Workshop

What Success Looks Like:
Onboarding traditional software developers, and firms from within West Africa and the wider Diaspora. Teaching them about Haskell, Plutus, Marlowe and the wider Cardano ecosystem. Assisting them in the process of building with Cardano and eventually submitting high-impact Catalyst Proposals.

• No. of Devs into Submitted Proposals
• No. of Devs into Successful Proposals
